[Resolved] Droom Technology — i am complaining about payment failure during online transaction | |||||
On date of 17/01/2018, droom.in "offers the sell of helmet named as"get set helmet". They offers helmet at 49 rupees only. I was booked a helmet, and tranferred money using sbi visa debit card. My order number was 6257991. Recently i got message from droom.in as"we are unable to complete your 6257971 for helmet" But 49 rs was deducted from my account. Please refund my 49 rs. We would like to inform you that Order # 6257991 has been successfully placed and Order # 6257971 was not placed successfully due to incomplete payment. Droom has not received the payment against this order as the same has been bounced back.
