I've booked a car from droom but for some reason i did not purchased the car. The booking amount was rs.13677 which was told to me by their executive that is fully refundable. I've cancelled the booking on 3rd august 2019 but not yet received my booking amount. Kindly look forward to resolve this issue as soon as possible.

In reference to your e-mail dated 14/08/2018 regarding consumer complaint against droom.in, we would like to bring to your kind notice that we have already refunded Rs. 13699/- to the customer on 2018-08-21 at 06:01:00. It will be credited in consumers source account within 3-4 business days and same has been communicated to the consumer.

Complaint / Issue is being successfully resolved at Droom .in (“The Company”) end.
