[Resolved]  Droom Technology — Regarding the refund

Hi i have paid a token amount of 1600 on 25th of december'2016and after 2 days i have raised the dispute. But till now (14th march 2017) i have not received the refund. When ever iam calling them they are saying that they are working. And now they are not even picking up the call. What i should do know.
