I have booked the shipment on 28feb 2018 from dadar, mumbai to orai. The shipment still not delivered and the online status is still showing kanpur. I have sent multiple email to customer support of dtdc but there is no reply from them.
This package was highly important. But there is no response from dtdc on the shipment status.
Kindly help us. Becasue some persons running medicine for life saving;

Respect DTDC Officer
Sir I have send the railway ticket to my parents . But Due to Some DTDC mistake . they are not deliver to my address. It's very bad service from them .
