DTDC Courier & Cargo — Dtdc courier didn't deliver by courier but status is showing successfully delivered | |||||
I ordered a product from droom.com and it was prepaid order. I received a tracking number z10332095 and my pin code is 462030, i'm continuously tracking with awb number on dtdc's website. Till last late night status was "in transit" but today 09-june-2017 status is showing "successfully delivered" but me or my any family member don't get any courier even not any courier boy came to deliver the product. My Tracking ID is - P39819249, I have contact many time to DTDC Office (Guwahati) where my parcel is stuck, But always they told me that my parcel is returned to my location, but in my location DTDC office(Pune) there is no parcel for me, If my parcel is lost please provide me my money back otherwise i am going to complaint on consumer forum.

On 6th June 2017, DTDC Alakode branch contacted me for a package delivery from Flipkart and I gave them my location.But my courier is not delivered till now 7th June 2017.
The service provided by DTDC Alakode, Kannur, Kerala branch is very bad they are very careless about costomer satisfaction
