DTDC is the most pathetic and overrated courier service!! I couriered a few documents from Bangalore to Puri via DTDC only bcos there was one of the outlets nearby my office. The tracker shows that the parcel is at their Pune apex office (stuck there since 14 days as on 18th June). DTDC office had assured that the parcel will be delivered within 5 days max and charged 450 (even though their online estimate shows only Rs 165). Now the guy does not pick the call, No updates, no customer support, no email to contact. Now I am worried if the parcel will reach the destination ever! Please use government postal service or other decent courier services like bluedart or DHL for any shipment atleast they have a customer support in case of any issues.
