[Resolved] DTDC Courier & Cargo — dtdc not delivering to the valid pincode

I couriered one parcel of medicine from Delhi to warisaliganj(Pin code :805130). It was accepted and nothing told at that time. Now received call from Nawada that is about 25 kms from the destination that to collect the parcel otherwise it will get returned. So my question is why DTDC accepted the order if you can't deliver it. It was earlier delivered by bluedart and other couriers. It is a complete waste of money and time. Who will pay the money charged by courier and the products that is of no use now.

I m from vastral, ahmedabad . my courier has been gone return to the sender. dtdc courier delivery boy without reach my adress nd without inform my courier returned back to the service centre and service centre send it back to the sender so i want my courier return back as soon as possible

I didn't received any call from DTDC even though I given complaint many days back

I have send the courier on thursday from Delhi to Mumbai. I have got update from vendor that if we pay 360 rs our courier will be delivered on friday.

Now its saturday and it shows courier has reached wrong place. Now my business is getting affected. Who should be responsible here for such loss
