DTDC Courier & Cargo — dtdc parcel not reached

Address:Infosys, phase 2, Hinjewadi, near Tamana grand hotel., Pune, Maharashtra, 411057

I had sent a parcel from dtdc hinjewadi to varanasi. It has been 2 weeks and the parcel has still not reached the destination. They have not even called anyone for delivery. I had 2 parcels to be delivered one has successfully reached hyderabad and the other to varanasi has still not reached. Please help me with this problem. I have faced this before as well with dtdc. They keep losing consignments.
