I had booked 3 consignment containing clothes and home appliances to kolkatta by air on 13.10, 18 and paid rs.9300 vide booking ref. No. D46826310. And i was given assurance that the same will be delivered on 15.10.18. The consignment reached on 15.10, 18 at kolkatta hub and was withheld that there is four days holidays in kolkatta from 16.10.18 to 19.10.18. I was given assurance that three consignment will be delivered on 20.10.18. I was very much surprised that they delivered me only two consignment on 20.10.18 and told that one consignment is not traceable. After my regular visit and frequent request the third consignment was delivered on 27.10.18.
It is a negligence on part of duty and i had paid huge amount of booking by flight but the consignment was delivered after 15 days. I may be paid compensation for this otherwise i will file complaint in consumer court Was this information helpful? |
