From K. Santhi, W/O A.chandra Sekhar, Karvetinagaram. To DTDC Cargo services Sir, I am book fastag with airtel app and it dispach on 19 th December. My fasttag parsel is not received still today my parsel track number is X65775804 it is reached 31 st December at Tirupati DTDC center but not received me today still. DTDC Courier & Cargo customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. Jan 09, 2020 Updated by A. Chandra Shekhar From A. Chandrasekhar, Karvetinagaram. To. DTDC courier &cargo. Complaint has not solved still today. 8th January 2020 night 10:56pm I have received two messages my phone. One is my parcel X65775804 has delivered today with agent ([protected]). The other one is you parcel has not delivered cause: could not attempt. It's totally wrong message because I am at house yesterday. I will called the agent number as mentioned [protected] the person said as I am not a DTDC agent. Please solve the problem i I uploaded received message also

Nobody can called to me but i have received two messages at last night at same time my parcel has delivered today with agent number [protected]. Other one is i am not attempted. It's wrong news please take necessary action

Service is not good, they simply say contact number is not reachable and when we try to contact particular location landline number we always get busy tone. At last I went to that location to enquire about my courier the response was very bad and noticed that they keep landline receiver aside to avoid incoming calls and thats why we get busy tone, with so much arguments we got delivery boy contact number and went to his place to get my parcel.
