Sir, On 12/05/2018, i sent a packet to naresh kumar m kiri, railway station road, deyodar, gujarat vide no. H08167084 through dtdc courriers, maintained by a. Krishna, branch manager, plot no. 4, nethaji nagar x roads, kapura, r. R. Dist, 500062. Code hf1799. Tracking shows delivered successfully. Courier acknowledged by vinu bhai on 16/05/2018. To my surprise, i received a call from courrier office that the packet returned.in the circumstances stated above, i request u to look into the matter and and refund the amount as the purpose of sending not fulfilled.
