[Resolved] DTDC — no delivery

As i sent my railway tickets on 16th through DTDC and my courier was in jalandhar on friday i.e 19th december. but thet did'nt deleivered my courier to me. As calling them again and again on saturday and requesting them, they did'nt deleivered my courier. As i was having my train on sunday which i missed due to their negligency which suffered me a lot. I want to take some of the major actions against them.

I have ordered footwear online and paid the money also then after 2, 3 days i got the message it will come via DTDC courier. From DTDC courier again I got the message that "we have my courier and make arrangement to collect it" (from [protected] no.). First of all it is their duty to deliver my courier to my given address but even though when i was calling them they where reluctant to receive the call and talking very rudely and then agreed to come next day and deliver. But after 2 days also they didn't come, so again i called them then they told courier has return back when it will come again we will call you(i did not want to call them because of their rudeness and roughness but still called) . They talked with me over phone and did not come to deliver me without any reason and return back the courier.

I booked an item on 22 .2. 2015 with tracking number. Z43473681 bt still it shows in transit.its a very very bad response from dtdc.i also tried to contact customer care .bt they giving bad value to customers.bluedart is best then dtdc
