Durian Industries — 3 seater sofa warranty/ service issue

I have purchased 3 seater sofa from durian amritsar showroom on 09/01/2020 via invoice no AMR0102. Co has claimed for 5 yrs warranty, but within 2 yrs sofa stiching is torn our and upper leather is peeled off. I have contacted so many to Co amritsar executive Dharamveer singh., but no resolution provided. Even now executive is not picking he phone. Pl provide immediate resolution other I have to take other action

Same BAD QUALITY OF SOFA story faced by me. Durian is buying cheap products from other countries & selling at 50% discount with 5 years warranty when actually their Leather peels off in within 12 months only . I have stopped buying from Durian from that incidence. Also their Customer service people go on changing so no continuity of your complaint which remains unattended for months
