I bought a 3+1+1 sofa set in 2021. At the time of sale they assured of a 5 year warranty. In 2-3 years time the clothes beneath the sofa has all got torn in its own due to poor quality of the clothes used. Now they are asking for money to replace it and giving references to some policy applicable from 2021.
No proper response and explanation from the company except a couple of calls received from local store/service centre.
Pathetic customer service. No way of any escalation. No seniors taking. One of the worst companies, charging premium for poor quality products. Was this information helpful? |
