Want to share an extremely bad experience with durian furniture. I purchased a dining table set (With 6 chairs) - model dws/34769/dt dining set along with 6 emerald chairs from durian showroom on mulund link road, goregaon (E), mumbai vide invoice no gog/june/h/33 dt 14/6/14. The salesperson ritu promised delivery on 16/6/14, which never happened. Eventually after escalating the matter to her supervisor naz, the delivery was planned for 25/6/14. The showroom delivered only 4 chairs citing that 2 chairs had got damaged and would be supplied the next day. Subsequently the chairs which were sent (After 2 days of intense follow up) were from a different lot and shade. After these chairs were returned, we have been harassed to get the 2 chairs of correct shade delivered. We were told the best the showroom can do is to accept all 6 chairs from a different lot (And different color as compared to the table). The 2 chairs which were forced to select from the different lot are of a different shade and spoil the aesthetics of the table set. Extremely disappointed and aggrieved with the harassment met out to us. Unbecoming of a brand like durian. Recommending to other customers to beware of such callous customer servicing.
