Durian Industries — Office table/top damaged & polish removed | |||
We purchased a Office Table having product code Meridian/A form your outlet at Kirti Nagar, New Delhi represented by your sales person Mr Dipak Sarkar to be shipped to Dehra Dun (uttarakhand) in the month of February 2020. The product was shipped to Dehra Dun after several reminders and regular calls to Mr Dipak Sarkar on 24th June 2020 after more than 04(four) months of delay. when the product was received by us in dehra dun the companies sales person at dehra dun Mr Gaurav was physically present to deliver us the product. The corner of the product was damaged/broken and polish of the table was defective/removed at several places. Mr gaurav took several photographs and registered my complaint and discussed with his counterpart Mr Dipak sarkar about the defective Top of the table. Mr Gaurav affirmed us that the Top of the table would be changed and by that time you manage with this top. Mr Dipak Sarkar also reconfirmed that the top would be changed as and when next consignment to dehra dun is delivered the top of the table would be sent along with the same. we have called telephonic Mr Dipak sarkar more than 100 times in the last 10(ten) months and every time he given us assurance that we will get the top changed within this month itself. And it seems that this month is not coming for the last 10 months. Sir, buying a product of such repute and than complaining for an issue regularly for the almost four months for delivery and almost one year for complaint redressal makes me think that our choice for the product was wrong and we feel cheated.
