Durian Industries — Spring has been broken

We own a durian sofa cum bed which has been damaged . We think that the spring inside is broken . The sofa has gone inside from the middle . We are not able to sit on it as it's very uneasy . And it's getting damaged day by day . And also we are facing problems beacause of it day by day. As there is five years warranty, we want our sofa cum bed to get repaired as soon as possible .

my name is Rajendrakumar Waghmare. I own a sofa cum bed JACOB of Durian industries. Its bill no. is DIL/ECOM/1131. datet 24- jan 2016. Booked from PALGHAR. The sofa cum bed we own has been damaged. It seems that the spring inside the sofa cum bed has broken. It feel uneasy to sit and have rest. And it is getting damaged day by day.
