Durian Industries — within warranty period demanding material and transportation cost | |||
I have bought blos/37930/f/3+2 sofa from noida showroom of durian company in october, 2017. Now, the leatherette of sofa is tearing out within 2 years. At the time of sale, they told about warranty on whole product. Now on complaint about the material, they are asking for new material and transportation cost for repairing. The most rediculous thing which mr sk aggarwal from company is explaining that warranty on servicing, not on material. Warranty is always given on product, material provided and servicing but they are providing on labour which is the cheapest among all and is out of common sense. No terms and conditions are written on their warranty card/tax invoice. It is clear cut case of misleading information, fraud and cheap gimmicks for selling the product.
