    Sir,

    On 1 october 2019 i did a transaction of rupees 674 only but it failed and my money deducted from my account.
    I contacted merchant but they said that i've to contact ebs about it.

    Transaction was done debit card of visa.
    My case is money is deducted from my account but transaction was failed.

    Merchant reference number is 10507
    Ebs payment i'd is[protected]
    Please look into the matter and resolve it as early as possible.

      As per august2019 witch bill generated by you on my id no. Con id:[protected] is wrong beacuse you have mentioned 268 unit and previous month metter reading was 1349 and accoding to you this month meter reading is 1349 and total consumed zero. But my meter reading is showing diffrent. How 268 unit is possible in this month. Without correction i am unable to pay your amount. Kindly as soon as correct my bill.

        Hi this is nisha s. Kamble had done a trasaction of inr 50 on 31 st of july 2019 for online jobs form. However transaction was not successful but the amount of inr 10000 was debited from my account twice through e billings solution pvt ltd.
        I had already checked with my bank and they had stated that the transaction was successful.

        Please kindly check and revert me. I had done payment through axis internet banking.

        Please i have left with no money. Please help me.

                          The recharge was in favour of tata sky account no [protected]

                          Tata sky has confirmed non receipt of payment. Sbi has confirmed transaction as successful and debited my credit card for rs.200/-

                          Kindly intimate why tata sky has not received the payment and arrange to refund the amount to me at an early date

                                      I have been charged rs.2198 on 13th oct 2017 on my icici credit card. I have not made any transaction but the statement has ebscharge.com.

                                      Checked on google and found that there are many such fake transactions happening for quite a long time.

                                      Please resolve the issue and get me credit the amount credited back to my account.

                                        I found a debit of rs.6699.00 with reference no. [protected] in my citibank credit card in the bill statement dated 13th sep 2016. The transaction is dated 22/8/2016. However, i have not done any such purchase and this seems to be a fraudulent case. On the internet search, i found a lot of complaints about this company WWW.EBSCHARGE.COM. hence i request you to kindly investigate & arrange for refund of this amount at the earliest. If required i can provide the statement scan copy and also any other required details.
