Recently in my credit card statement I got to know that Rs.1481 on 26.01.2017 has been deducted as ebscharge.but I never made any such transaction.i did not reveal any detail to any one as iam also a banker and I know that very well. I complained to my bank customer care but they said that I may have revealed details.please take action against this ebscharge.i have already blocked the card and got the replacement but who is going to compensate that money to me?

I got a water bill of 286 Rs in October for which I paid 315 from emitra, even though emitra has charged 600 rs in Dec bill(adding bill of 286 of October saying that it is pending) . I have all receipt of payment done online.

Please advise how to get refund.
Hi On 27/05/17, i made an online payment through net banking to TRB website, amount of Rs.500 for TRB exam fees.
. however as per the TRB website the payment was not received but as per my bank account my amount was deducted.

My reference number is IGABJKNRR7. Please do me a favour.. Its urgent .. Thank you .

After he says my otp, I have not aware the otp properly. After telephonic in my account deduct Rs.4500/- to EBSCHARGE.COM. II request you to please take action on EBSCHARGE.COM. This is unnecessary activity. Please save to others above fraud people's.

        I have a fraudulent transaction of rs.2608 showing on my standard chartered credit card on the name of ebs charge mumbai on 10 dec16. I have made no such purchase/ or service availed. I didn't get any notification of the same on my mobile neither can i see any website of the said name. Please look into this get this reversed asap or advise the course of action to be taken.

              In my SBI Bank credit card monthly statement of October has a entry stating "EBSCHARGE.COM" for Rs.14999.00 but the site does not exists and I have not done any such transaction; I have blocked my card and also submitted a dispute form with the bank.SBI complain number is[protected].

              I never gave my CVV number for such calls but still got a charge on my monthly Statement; this seems to be a bigger Fraud; many users are facing this issue.

                  I have approved payment gateway account from ebs since 3-4 years. due to non activity from some months ebs locked my merchant account, now when i contacted them to know the status of account than they replied there is some outstanding amount in the account that's why account is locked,

                  After clearing that amount, still account is locked, and now they are not responding any mail and support tickets. they just close my support ticket without any reply.

                  I just wanted to know the status of my account, just wanted to know why they are doing this.

                    This complaint is lodged with reference to order no. Order id: 160514­122100­5152 dated postal order for may 14 2016, 12:21 pm to india book centre (Steller group) for an amount of inr 7498.00. There has not been any response from the merchant till date about the status of the order. There is no address or contact no available on the website of the merchant.

                    I am apprehensive of them being a fraudulent site and extracting money in the name of selling books. I therefore request ebs to reverse my payment to them, because their bank also has not received any payment till date.

Then asked me name and card number and then date of birth. Then she told me i m giving u a OTP for veryfing yyour number plz confermed me after getting. The she called me after 5 mint agian asked for OTP.I told her SBI Newer called his customers but see told me that your card is expiring so I gave her OTP . then i got msg of sbi debited your a/c 9768/ rs.TranslationsI i POS purchase POS[protected] sbi.

                          On 18th Feb I made an online payment to Mrugavani Resorts for amount of Rs. 5668.87 for booking a room for 1 day/night package.

[protected] they talk that the gadget (mobile phone) is out of stock so your cash is refund and ask about my ATM Card Details(i.e. card number, valid date, CVV No & OTP No) when I oppose give any information they talk otherwise your case is close here. after I check my massage they try to debited Rs. 5000/- in my account but amount is not debited when I ask about this matter to him, Call is ended. again Fraud call come to me same day night 12:42 AM and ask about my ATM Card Details, phone no [protected] Now, I earnestly request you to arrange to get my money back to my account.

                              It was processed my payment of mobile. But mobile is not received the amount has been debited in my credit card a/c.                                 I made two transaction on account of payment of my Mobile bill of Mobile No.[protected] through my credit card No. [protected] of HDFC Bank on 19.11.2015 and amount of Rs. 1000/- has been transferred to ebscharge.com vide Pin No.085176 and amount of Rs.1002/- vide Pin No.88479 on the same day but no amount has since been paid to Idea Mobil Company so far. When II made a complaint to on this account on 25.11.2015 I received a call from Mobile[protected] at 21.55 and person told me that i received your call and due to server failure we could not transfer your paid amount to Idea Mobile and now we cannot refund the amount to your credit card and you have to supply information of your another account wherein we can refund this amount but i refused to supply any information to that person. That person again made call to me from Mobile No.[protected] and again tried to compelled me to supply information of other account and he threatened to me if you don't supply the detail you amount will not be refunded. he has flatly refused that now your paid amount cannot be paid to Idea Mobile Co. to refund back to my credit Card. so matter may kindly be investigated and amount of Rs.1000/- and Rs.1002/- paid through my credit Card may please be got refunded to my crddit card account or paid to the Ideal Mobile Company at the earliest.

                                      I have received a call on 12.09.2015 (Mobile no. does not remember) from Neha, allegedly claiming from VISA cards, regarding replacement of Rewards points scheme by a additional Discount card and asked my address for dispatch along with information of my Credit card no. & PIN no. After that another call from Rahul (Mobile no. [protected]) has came and told that an amount will be hold for the above and it will be returned in next 72 hours and told to share my OTP no. Immediately after sharing the OTP no. an amount of Rs. 8727/- has been transferred to EBSCHARGE.COM. I have some doubt and I have called Customer Care of my Credit card issuing Bank, Kotak Mahindra Bank and I have been informed that there is no such scheme exists and they have shown their helplessness because I have shared all the information including OTP by my own. It is height of daring that again on 14.09.2015 a person from same fraud agency namely Pradip (Mobile no. [protected]) called and told that we are going to refund your amount in two parts, first part of Rs. 5000/- immediate and balance after receipt of so called Discount card at the address given by me and I have received another OTP no. on my mobile but I refused to share to them. That is the whole story and I feel embarrassed and helpless in this regard. I request you to kindly solve my problem and at least caught the people making fraud to many others like me.
