Dear team,

I tried to book apsrtc (Andhra pradesh state road transport corporation) bus tickets through online on 3rd oct.

Rs 1, 914/- got debited from my bank account. The transaction got failed.

However i got refund for only rs 1, 867/- on 5th oct.

Called the concerned bank and they informed that they received advice to refund only rs 1, 867/-

Difference of rs 43/-. When shall i get this balance amount?

    Hello,

    We requesting hotel management (Biriyani house) to give duplicate bill they are not giving they are speaking rudely as well. They are telling they are not managing or not storing bills in computers but they are giving computer generated bills. We also asked them how thy are managing this tings they are doing fraud to the customers. We have attached bill which we need physical copy.

    Kindly help on us to get bill.

      Our company is having one of the worst experiences with this company. Its been 3 to 4 months that we have been contacting them, almost every single day for our payment settlement. We go through all the possible formalities to make an account and even after that they are not giving us our own money. They keep twisting and turning everything as per their convenience and keep us begging for our own money. How can such a payment gateway be trusted? We need an answer for this asap or we will go legal against this company for the fraud they are doing with their clients.

        I recharged my aircel prepaid mobile no. [protected] on 25 september, 2017 for rs. 256 through onine net bankinng services of axis bank. As per message and e mail the balance of my bank a/c has been deducted instantly but the balance of my aircel number has not been increased which means the amount has not been remitted to aircel and retained by e-billing solutions pvt ltd. The reference no. As provided by axis bank is inb/[protected]/e-billing solutions pvt lt.

        Please arrange to either refund the same to my axis bank or pay to aircel so that my aircel number may get recharged for the full amount as per norms of aircel.

            There were two fraud transaction happened from my sbi credit card of amount rs 10, 000 in total, each transactions of rs 5000 and the transaction happened with the name e-billing solutions on 30 may 2017.

            I can share you more details about the card by mail if its necessary.

                In my state bank credit card statement from 15-june-2017 to 14-jul-2017 there is a transaction of rs 29669 dated 24-jun-2017 from ebscharge.com. I did not do this transaction. The surprising thing is that i did not get any alert regarding on my mobile or my email. I came to know when i got my mini statement. I immediately informed my bank and raised a dispute for this transaction and get blocked my credit card immediately.

                    As per the letter dated 19.06.2017 received from your firm, it says my order will be delivered within 5 t 7 days. Even there is no tracking mechanism as well by which we can track our order.

                    Now when i try to open dealsmarket site there is msg shown
                    We are sorry for the inconvenience.!

                      I am Aditya, I purchased redmi 3s from www.dealsmarket.in worth Rs 5, 949.15 rs on 17/06/2017 through paytm didn't get any update about shipping and now site has also closed and no one replies in customer care number or customer care mail .                                 I was cheated by a fraud online shop www.dealsmarket.in, I have ordered for a Redmi Note 4 (Black, 64 GB) (4 GB RAM) by paying Rs. 12999.00 online and i did not get the product or able to contact them. Currently the website is not working and shows a wrong page saying that our cash will be refunded. the order was Order: SXGNXYKSV Placed on 06/19/2017 10:21:17 paid through
                                Payment: Paytm .

                                Please help me to refund my cash and to book them under police

                                  I became victim of fraud dealer. I placed on online order for redmi note 4 (Black, 64 gb) (4 gb ram), order reference - erlmpwlyy, invoice date: 17.06.2017 and order date 17.06.2017 with deals market. The payment of rs. 11049.15 was made by credit card. I even received invoice

                                  I have been trying to track my order there is no proper option and also been trying to contact over the phone number : [protected], from last two days and i get the message "the operators are busy".

                                  As per the letter dated 19.06.2017 received from your firm, it says my order will be delivered within two days, in that case i should have received it by 19.06.2017. But it is 21.06.2017, so far no clue, no call from any delivery person.

                                  Now when i try to open dealsmarket site there is msg shown

                                  I am Aditya, I purchased redmi 3s from www.dealsmarket.in worth Rs 5, 949.15 rs on 17/06/2017 through paytm didn't get any update about shipping and now site has also closed and no one replies in customer care number or customer care mail . And I have all the details about product order id and paytm order id. paytm payment is in account of Nationwide technologies. This site is fraud as no one is replying .

                                    I became victim of fraud dealer. I placed on online order for redmi 3s prime (Gold, 32 gb) (3 gb ram), order reference - aefusagsv, invoice date: 13.06.2017 and order date 13.06.2017 with deals market. The payment of rs. 8999 was made by debit card. I even received invoice

                                    I have been trying to track my order there is no proper option and also been trying to contact over the phone number : [protected], from last two days and i get the message "the operators are busy".

                                    As per the letter dated 15.06.2017 received from your firm, it says my order will be delivered within two days, in that case i should have received it by 17.06.2017. But it is 21.06.2017, so far no clue, no call from any delivery person.

                                    Today i checked my bank transaction the amount is debit through ebs charges.

                                    I found lot people appreciating your effort in sorting this problem and getting there money refunded. Kindly help me in this regards

                                        On 15th April, 2017, I had received a call at around 11:53AM from a number (+91)[protected] claiming to be from ICICI Payback.

                                        They informed me that my Payback points of 7482 has expired last week and they were willing to provide the same via gifts or Cash of Rs.3000.

                                        I was not aware that it was a fraud call, and I had chosen the option of cash. They asked me for my Card details such as my Card number, CVV and also the OTP that was generated and I had provided the same after which I got a message that Rs.7400 transaction was debited.

                                        The message that I received states that an amount of Rs.7400 was deducted towards "EBSCHARGE.com"

                                        I was shocked to see this message and contacted ICICI customer care only to be informed that this is a SPAM call and to lodge a Police complain with the CyberCrime cell.

                                        The Bank has blocked the card but I'm clueless on the amount that I'll have to pay ICICI bank from the same amount.

                                        I will be lodging a Police complain against "E-Billing Solutions" with the Cyber Crime wing.

                                        Any help here to get my lost amount will be much appreciated.

                                        On 20th April, 2017, I had received a call at around 3:45PM from a number (+91)[protected] claiming to be from ICICI Payback.

                                        I pay 2000 Rs for application form of Bsc Nursing examination 2017 from King George Medical University, Lucknow. I Make an online payment But website gives an error and money is deducted from my account. the process is canceled and after 15 hours money is not refunded to me. please refund my money as soon as possible.
