[Resolved] E-Billing Solutions — E-billing solutions deals market fraud | |||||
I became victim of fraud dealer. I placed on online order for redmi note 4 (Gold, 64 gb) (4 gb ram), order reference - adbmobwox, invoice date: 19.06.2017 and order date 19.06.2017 with deals market. The payment of rs. 11049.15 was made by my bank of india debit card. I even received invoice I have been trying to track my order there is no proper option and also been trying to contact over the phone number : [protected], from last two days and i get the message "the operators are busy". As per the letter dated 19.06.2017 received from your firm, it says my order will be delivered within 5 t 7 days. Even there is no tracking mechanism as well by which we can track our order. Now when i try to open dealsmarket site there is msg shown We are sorry for the inconvenience.! Dear customers, Due to limited stocks and rush, we are unable to complete the order in given time frame. All the pending orders will be fullfilled within 10 to 15 days.in case if you want to cancel the order please mail us - ([protected]@dealsmarket.in), all refund will be completed before 31st june. — deals market May i know when come 31st june. I am Mr. Shrikant Deshmukh from Mumbai, Maharashtra, i have purchased redmi note4, 4gb RAM, 64gb ROM smart phone from deals market, i paid 11, 049.15 rupees through Axis Bank, i have purchased it on[protected], on[protected] i got a mail that the product was shipped but the courier details were not given, my order number id : BLLEQAEWZ. I don't know the status of my order as the website was closed, there is no reply to the phone number given, kindly help me in getting the product ordered or money back.
