[Resolved]  EaseMyTrip.com — Airlines flight ticket reschedule issue

My flight PNR Number: 53DI32

I have booked my ticket two days back on 3rd October 2021 from EaseMyTrip.com which is Delhi to Moscow fight ticket, but now I have is to reschedule my flight date from 10 December 2021 to 17 December 2021 Because my VISA date is extended on 17 December 2021,
I have also talked to Sri Lanka Airlines Person about this, They told me you can reschedule your date for free with the COVID-19 pandemic policy,
If you had booked your tickets directly from us, you would not have to pay any rescheduling charges.
Thay told me also Because you have booked your ticket from third party agent so that's why you have to ask date change from third party agent which is free from us,

Then I talked to EaseMytrip.com people they are asking me about a rescheduling charges,
Then I talked to EaseMyTrip.com people they are asking me about a rescheduling charges, Since then those people are not responding to any of my mails and when I talk to the call center they are giving only suggestive Like ( wait 2 hours we will reply you soon or wait 3 hours your request is being processing, eg) But sir it's been 66 hours till now i didn't get any answer nor any solution for my ticket date change. Sir i'm very upset for 3 days.

Sir I am not understanding anything what to do that's why I contacted you guys Please you guys help me to change the date of my ticket because i have to give dates to visa immigration department

I have seen on EaseMyTrip website that same flight is available on 17 December 2021 also, please help me to change the date as it is
Dear Concern, you can also see on my ticket that there is no rescheduling charges, I am also sharing the screenshot of my ticket with you.
