I booked bus on 19.10.22 from Pune to Shegoan in morning have received from operator that bus has been cancelled . When I asked about the refund, he told to contact to customer care of EaseMyTrip . Since morning I have been calling the customer care initially they were saying they did not received any confirmation from operator. and when I made call conference call with operator and customer care, the customer person told she had dropped mail to operator and operator needs to respond. But now when called operator after 2 hour he told he did not received any mail. I have swinging between operator and customer care . So I request to change the name EaseMyTrip because it doesn't justify .Now operator is also not receiving my call its y faulty that I used your application .
