    Dear EaseMyTrip Team, let me share my bad experience with your booking site.

    On 13th September we made family booking for 23 passengers on GoAir flight G8 501 traveling from Hyderabad to Cochin on12th Nov 22.

    On 27th Sep, by sighting technical reason airlines has cancelled the flight 45 days before the actual journey without any alternate arrangements being made.

    Though the airlines has completely refunded the bases fare, taxes & fees, but EaseMyTrip has deducted the conveyance charges of ₹300 per passenger which is about ₹6, 900/-

    Even after multiple follow ups with the EasyMyTrip call center team couldn't resolve the issue and we have been given different reasons.

    Now we all feel that we have been betrayed and cheated by EaseMyTrip booking site and has entirely spoiled our travel plans. It’s our big mistake for keeping trust and choosing EaseMyTrip. So be careful with EaseMyTrip site.

        On the 4th October I bought my ticket to go to from Delhi to El Salvador on January. On 6th October I received 2 emails: 1st that the segment from El Salvador to Dubai on 1st February was changed and later that it was cancelled and they didn't give me any option to reschedule it, so I tried my best to contact them until finally they sent me little by little some options of itinerary. They rescheduled in a itinerary that only they can understand that I arrive to Dubai on the 3rd February instead on the 2nd, and through Toronto, which is very complicated to me to request the visa from there. Since then, I'm insisting them to change it to 31 January but it is through USA from where I have visa, but i was told that I have to pay 35862 INR for "the change". So does it mean that customer has to pay for their "errors"????? This is really unfair!!!

          I am here to file a bug in your system, I booked a Indigo Flight using Easemytrip site but when i go for web check-in using Indigo's site i was getting error finding booking reference id .

          The issue what i found was not with the booking reference id provided by easemytrip or Airline PNR . It is the mail id used by easemytrip while booking the ticket for me . Easemytrip should have used my personal / customer's mail for any booking instead easemytrip used [protected]@easemytrip.com which is wrong and painful for any individual when they try for web check-in .
          This needs to be resolved in the system . I report this as a system bug .

            I had booked two flights from Dehradun to Delhi and back Delhi to Dehradun of SpiceJet through EaseMy trip Portal via pnr nos. Y9TVJF and CJRDRB respectively both the flights were canceled by the spiceJet and refunded money to EaseMytrip on 11th September but they have not given that amount to me till date. i have exchanged several mails with them but did not get the solution, I also spoke to their representatives many time and they said you are B2B customer we cannot help you our B2C customer care representative would call you and I never received call from them. when I go to their portal I could not find my booking details, until I cancel my flight bookings on ease my trip site I will not get my refund this is what their representative told me. it is very frustrating to get our money from Ease My trip. please help!

                They are taking the bookings, not booking the tickets, and debiting the amount from the bank and then no one is there to respond you

                They are using your money

                I just came to file a complaint, but i saw similar things happened with everyone, that means this is done intentionally by the company.

                They are using the money and after multiple follow ups, they might refund you

                  Bus cancelled Refund

                  I booked bus on 19.10.22 from Pune to Shegoan in morning have received from operator that bus has been cancelled . When I asked about the refund, he told to contact to customer care of EaseMyTrip . Since morning I have been calling the customer care initially they were saying they did not received any confirmation from operator. and when I made call conference call with operator and customer care, the customer person told she had dropped...

                  Hello,

                  I had booked Air India ticket (DOHA - DELHI) on EaseMyTrip.com (Booking ID no: EMT[protected], PNR No: 677JEP). When I cancelled the ticket, EaseMyTrip charged me INR 6593 (approx 300 Qatari Rial) as Airline Cancellation Fee. When I called Air India call centre, they informed me that the airline cancellation charges for my ticket are only 110 Qatari Rial (approx 2500 INR).

                  I have written multiple emails to EaseMyTrip.com support team regarding the incorrect Airline cancellation charges, they kept on asking for the written email from Air India.

                  I also wrote to Air India support team and they are not willing to provide the written confirmation on the cancellation charges. They are confirming the cancellation charges over phone call. I even shared the voice call recording of my communication with Air India staff but EaseMyTrip is not accepting that. They are insisting on email confirmation from Air India.

                  I am in a fix right now. EaseMyTrip wants email from Air India whereas Air India is not ready to provide email confirmation on the cancellation charges.

                  Multiple emails to EaseMyTrip and Air India hasn't helped in resolving the issue.

                  Hence, I have decided not to book any tickets with EaseMyTrip.com in future. I will book tickets directly with Airline as it's hassle free to get proper refund from Airlines directly.

                  I also recommend others not to use EaseMyTrip for booking the tickets (specially if there are any chances of cancelling the tickets).

                    I have booked the Air india flight from dubai to delhi on 14th Oct 2022 at 1:45 PM. through Easemytrip.com

                    AED380 was deducted from my bank account but no booking ID was generated. Attached the screenshot.

                    When i contacted their customer service, they informed me that ticket is put on hold as fare has been changed for the flight.

                    So i informed them to refund my money as its issue from their end. But there is no clear communication from their end . I am yet to receive the refund.

                          Dear Team,

                          I have booked a flight ticket from DXB to Cochin in Indigo my payment was successful and I did not get the ticket booking confirmation and the status shows as pending. Sill now received no confirmation of ticket being booked and i waited in the Airport more than 4 hrs and not able to travel
                          Furthermore, after huge waiting time and going nowhere to contact any of the customer care agent which is again ridiculous I tried to at-least see if I can cancel the ticket but to my surprise EMT does not allow cancellation also and I have nothing left but to wait for this confirmation. Also, after ages of waiting on the telephone line to speak to a customer care agent that agent was not helpful at all. They said you have to wait for more 2 hours and still if the confirmation is not received gives a call back. How in the world can someone give answer of calling them back when they know its difficult and huge queue on the calling line. This is a serious customer relationship issue where this company is not helping out at all.

                          I need to fly back home urgently due to which I have made this booking. Kindly check and priorities this matter and provide me a status of my tickets or at least refund me the full amount of this transaction.

                            I had a booked a flight for 28th January 2023 from Mumbai to Bangalore and a flight for February 18, 2023 from Bangalore to Mumbai. I made the payment and the money got debited but the screen showed a 501 gateway error and I did not get details of confirmation of tickets.

                              Hello i booked ticket from London to delhi. Ticket is still showing pending & i got mail from ease my trip saying now there is a fare diff but that’s not my problem after i paid the amount then it’s between you & airline you can’t ask me to pay more money or cancel that ticket

                                I just booked 2 tickets from Pune to Nagpur on 13th October 2022
                                Booking ID is EMT[protected]
                                even though the money (11, 468rs) has been deducted from my bank account yet the booking status is pending.
                                I've been calling them on both the customer care service numbers provided but no one is picking up my calls. I don't get what kind of a service they are providing all I want is them to confirm my tickets.

                                  I booked my round trip New Delhi to Kuala Lampur on 12th October 2022. My booking id is EMT[protected]. The payment has been deducted from my account but the status is showing pending and I have not received the PNR number. I've tried calling customer care service which no one answered. This is absolutely ridiculous. The tickets are very expensive and I cannot get my visa unless I get the confirmed tickets. Companies that harass their consumers should be fined and not allowed to function. Please confirm my tickets or allow me to cancel it.

                                    My flight with booking Id EMT[protected] for the airline Indigo from Hyderabad to Darbhanga has been showing booking status as pending for a long time now.                                       Dear Team,

                                      I have booked a flight ticket from London to Mumbai in Gulf Air a 2-3 hours ago my payment was successful and I got a booking ID EMT[protected] however, I did not get the ticket booking confirmation and the status shows as pending and that is there since the time I have made the payment. Its been more than 2 hours but I have not received any confirmation of ticket being booked which is really absurd and the site mentions the airlines is having technical issues.

                                      Furthermore, after huge waiting time and going nowhere to contact any of the customer care agent which is again ridiculouos I tried to at-least see if I can cancel the ticket but to my surprise EMT does not allow cancellation also and I have nothing left but to wait for this confirmation. Also, after ages of waiting on the telephone line to speak to a customer care agent that agent was not helpful at all. They said you have to wait for more 2 hours and still if the confirmation is not received gives a call back. How in the world can someone give answer of calling them back when they know its difficult and huge queue on the calling line. This is a serious customer relationship issue where this company is not helping out at all.

                                      I need to fly back home urgently due to which I have made this booking. Kindly check and prioritise this matter and provide me a status of my tickets or at least refund me the full amount of this transaction.

                                      Guys - I need an update and can't wait much cause the tickets prices will again rise and I will have no way to go. Kindly escalate this matter and send me either the tickets or full refund as there is no way on your site I could cancel the bookings.

                                      Its very very frustrating that we are not able to talk to any customer agent to get a hand ons knowledge what is happening on the tickets..

                                      Any update guys it really freaking me out at all.. I need to know the status I am not able to cancel the booking also which is really really ridiculous. Please provide an update

                                      Hi Avinash, We would like to inform you that your booking has been rejected. This could happen for reasons like sudden hike in the fares or non-availability of seats. I hope you understand that there are some things that are not under our control. We have already initiated a full refund which would reflect in the same mode of payment in the next 7-10 working days.
