EaseMyTrip.com — Cannot transfer the amount from wallet to Bank account

I've around 22k in my EMT wallet since past 1 year and I want to transfer it to my bank. However upon trying to transfer to Bank then it says please select atleast 1 checkbox but there is no checkbox either in Android app or website.

Please help.
