We had booked flight ticket to and fro from Bangalore to Istanbul on 20thAug 22 via Ease my trip in Kuwait Airways.
On 21stDec 2022 and 25thDec 2022 we got email from airlines stating that itinary has been rescheduled as below

Onward journey BLR to IST (Rescheduled date) - 21st April23
Onward journey BLR to IST (Booked date) - 22nd April23

Return journey IST to BLR (Rescheduled date) - 3rd May23
Onward journey BLR to IST (Booked date) - 1st May23

Due to this our whole itenary is affected and we cannot travel with modified itenray due other scheduled events.This is re-schedule is purely airline fault and more than 24 hrs we were assured that full refund will be granted.

After contacting Ease my Trip they told to wait for 7-10 working days to get confirmation on cancelled amount refund but till date we have niether received the refund nor any information about further action. Its a huge amount of 140657 and ease my trip and airlines is not refunding our money and passing the buck each time we call

    My Booking ID EMT[protected] got cancelled by airline within 24 hours of my booking and I need full refund. But whenever i am calling easmytrip customer care for help, they always redirect the issue by addressing the they will respond within 24 hours but I donot get any response. Please refund my amount as soon as possible, atleast give update regarding the refund status through my registered email id.

    Airlines already updated me that the refund is being done from their side and I have their email as my proof, but still, whenever I call your customer care, they are still saying that it will take 24 hours to update my payment. I got an update from the airline, but not from you. Please update me regarding the status of my refund

      I had booked a vistara flight from easemytrip...the total cost of journey is 58000 INR and easemytrip is charging me 46000INR as cancellation charges...when asked why such a big amount they just say it's the airline charges... wherein the airline cancellation charge is 18900INR for entire trip...the airline has put in a vendor remark for easemytrip regarding the same but easemytrip is denying that any remark like this is there...i do have a screenshot of the remark... easemytrip clearly reads it wrong and lies to us...all the staff whom we have spoken to are rude and lack basic manners to talk to their customer...we told vistara to cancel the booking and they did so and said remaining amount has to be collected from easemytrip...when we contacted easemytrip they said go to our app and cancel the flight...we were telling them the app says refund of only 12000INR so they said if the airline is giving you more refund then we will return you that also but after 2 days we saw that only 12000INR were returned to us saying that airline deducted the rest amount which easemytrip is clearly lying about...our 25000INR is stuck with easemytrip and they say they have escalated our case to airline regarding refund but no callback from them

        An amount of Rs.4600 has been deducted for booking a room at Sonar Bangla hotel, Taki West Bengal via Paytm however, I did not get any confirmation mail or message. Therefore, I do not have any booking ID. I've contacted customer service via email and whatsapp too but have not received any help. The booking is for 19th March so please help immediately.

          An amount of Rs.4600 has been deducted for booking a room in Hotel Sonar Bangla, Taki West Bengal. Payment was done through UPI (online banking mode-Paytm). However, I did not receive any confirmation so I do not have the booking ID or any such details needed to raise a complain. I have mailed customer care as well as communicated via whatsapp but they keep asking the booking ID which I did not receive at all. The booking is for 19th March so I'm panicking!

            I booked two seats for Ravipaty Ratnakumar and RV Saikumari by SpiceJet no 2696 vide booking ID EMT[protected] and pnr no ECIESJ on 06 feb23
            As I could not reach airport in time, my booking was cancelled and they initiated my refund to you on 07 feb23! You did not bother to refund my money till date nor informed me about it! Later I tried to fill up the link sent by you, and mentioned cancelled flt details and my email details, and clicking on ‘No show’
            It is not accepting stating that booking details not matching my email etc. I filled it 20 times till now and no respite. Please refund my money imdt.

              Cannot transfer the amount from wallet to Bank account

              I've around 22k in my EMT wallet since past 1 year and I want to transfer it to my bank. However upon trying to transfer to Bank then it says please select atleast 1 checkbox but there is no checkbox either in Android app or website.

              Please help.

              It's been more than a month i am following up on calls and mails for my refund. Why is the delay in refunding my payment when Hotel has not provided me with any room? As you know, even on that night we called you using the Hotel Reception Phone and that day you confirmed that you will get reimbursed.

              Today I called customer care and shared my concern with Chanda Gupta: on 13March23 1PM. She said she has escalated it to the concerned team and scheduled a call back.

              I am waiting for a refund.

                They did not sent me booking hotel confirmation in Dubai.
                I reserved hotel from 19 February to 20 February - Oak Hotel Suits in Dubai - till now no money return.

                They charged, not confirmed, and I needed to leave hotel and look for another one...
                Till now they have not returned me money ... althought I sent companins and made complains in system as they asked ...

                it looks like fraud or scam company !!!

                  I had booked a Hotel from 2 Feb to 6 Feb through easemytrip and had asked them for GST invoice. Initially they had said that the Hotel will provide the GST Bill after stay. I have made more than 5 phone calls, following which every time i was assured that the GST invoice will be shared in a short time.

                  Even after a month no GST invoice has been sent and they have refused to send one now. My complaint ID is EMT_[protected] and my Hotel Booking ID:EMT[protected]

                  After one month of repeated requests now saying it is not possible is completely unacceptable. I was not aware that a reputed website like yours is involved with Tax evasion.

                    Booked tickets on Akasa Air through EaseMyTrip on 09Feb 2023 with the Booking ID EMT[protected] however had to cancel the tickets on 10th Feb under the 24 hour rule for a full refund.

                    I have been calling EaseMyTrip since 20th Feb as the refund was not initiated but everytime they have maintained that the airline has not initiated a refund from their end.

                    I spoke to Akasa Air on the 24th of Feb where they have confirmed that the full refund was initiated from their end already and EaseMyTrip must be in a position to process the refund.

                    Since then I have made multiple calls even took Akasa air in conference with EaseMyTrip customer care team but so far they have not made any effort to refund my money. They went to an extent of asking Akasa air to give the confirmation of the refund in writing which the airline has already obliged but still nothing has moved.

                    time and again i am asked to wait for 24 hours after the call to receive the refund or to arrange a call back from a senior team member but neither of it happens.

                    Need escalation and resolution to this problem immediately.

                      This is not the EaseMyTrip that knew and used for few years.

                      EMT[protected] : This was cancelled (as the flight was rescheduled) and got a full refund message from Airlines. Thereafter I had cancelled it on EMT, who sent a mail with refund details on 6th Feb...

                      From then on... Usual 24/48hr response, followed by we did our part and could be gateway issue and then send us the statement and finally no response to mails... No use if calling customer care number who just give vague and robotic answers

                      Is this how it works? & What else should I do?

                        Dear sir,
                        Yesterday I booked an INTL flight from xxxx to XXXXX through EaseMyTrip of AIR INDIA. I could not find the Insurance column on their page, so I called them upon their customer care no ie[protected] at 19.01 PM, which was not attended by anyone and lasted 4 min 0 sec. Later I got a message to rate their customer service agent on my phone to which I gave a very frank opinion .Later I got a message through Whatsapp to address the issue but they didn't have any option for my query and kept asking same questions options. Since I had already spent several hours trying to get the booking done I decided to go ahead with the booking because they are in habit of increasing the rates if anyone shows more interest in a particular flight.
                        Later i sent a mail to which they just washed their hands off.
                        Earlier also I had similar problem with them which I raised with them without relief. Now i am writing to AIR INDIA/ DGCA to cancel their licence Kindly advise the company to take care of their customers and improve their customer services and experiences.

                          On January 27, I booked a flight from Goa to Mumbai via my mobile number for February 23. I fill up my name, my mobile number, and my email ID. I completed the payment of Rs. 18, 990 through my debit card. The amount was immediately debited from my account. I've attached a screenshot of the bank debiting my account. However, I did not receive the ticket via email or phone. I contacted their customer care immediately at 3:53 p.m. on January 27 and spoke with one of the representative. After further investigation, she informed me that the booking had not been created and that the amount of Rs. 18, 990 had not been received by EaseMyTrip. I should contact my bank. I immediately contacted my bank and filed a complaint. I inquired several times with your customer service about tickets and the amount, but each time they responded that no booking was made on January 27 and that the amount was not received. Following an investigation, my bank (State Bank of India) informed me on February 13 that Rs 18990 was received by EaseMyTrip. After receiving the payment, they did not issue me a ticket. I am 66 years old, shocked, and my BP has been affected. I booked another trip because EasyMyTrip did not send the ticket to me after receiving the payment. If the amount has already been received from their side, I would like to get a full refund back to my bank account as soon as possible.

                              Hello,

                              I had booked tickets through Easemytrip - cancelled the flight, since the airline - Vistara had cancelled the flight. It has been 13 days since cancellation, but I am yet to get the refund. Been following up for the same, the customer support has only the standard answer in 24 hours we will sort it out. 13 days up and 24 hours as per them is not yet.

                                    This is regarding to bank transfer from wallet to bank account der was 16011 total amt to be transferred on Jan 23 only 14511 was transferd to my bank account ..1500 rs rest is still not got credited in my bank account

                                      I have booked a ticket from pune to Dehradun.
                                      But due to rescheduling the trip timing by the vistara airlines. I have cancelled it in full refund option. They have insisted the amount request you to plz transfer amount on my account respectively.

                                      For your reference :
