I booked two tickets for 27th Aug by Akasa Air from Bangalore to Chennai.
PNR TZRVQB Easemytrip Booking Id: EMT[protected].
They have deducted Rs 250 as Airline Cancellation fee and another Rs 300 as Cancellation Service for each Passenger. Totally Rs 1, 100 for a flight cancelled by Airline. Repeated mails to them has standard reply that they are waiting from Airline. Airline has cancelled the flight more than a month back.
I have sent EaseMyTrip even the credit note for full refund from Airline.
Looks like this is new Revenue Model by fleecing the customer.

We regret the inconvenience caused .
With regards to booking ID EMT[protected], we have already processed the remaining refund of 500 which will reflect in original payment mode within 05-07 working days.
Furthermore, we also would like to inform you that service fees of 300 INR is applicable whether the user cancels the flight or the flight is cancelled by the airlines . However as a one time courtesy same has been waived off and remaining 600 INR will be processed within 05-07 working days which will reflect in original payment mode itself. Thanks!
