EaseMyTrip.com — Charging cancellation fees while processing refund when airlines cancelled the flight

I booked a return flight for 2 passengers from lucknow to indore on 25th dec 2023 via easemytrip.com. Booking id emt[protected]. Due to bad weather indigo cancelled both the flights and their ground staff did the proceedings for a full refund for both flights. The total amount i had paid for both flights was rs 25208. On checking the refund status on indigo website they had processed the full refund for both flights on 30th dec 2023 and 2nd jan2024 respectively to the booking agent. Indigo have asked me to contact easemytrip for getting the amount back in my account.
However on visiting the booking dashboard for my flights on easymytrip.com to avail my refund. They are refunding me only rs 10, 008 and charging cancellation fees even when i have specified airlines cancelled the flight and charging convenience fees when i had booked the flight with zero convenience fees. Why is easemytrip charging cancellation fees when flight is cancelled by the airlines. Even when it says on their website that full refund will only be issued when airlines cancels the flight which is apllicable in my case. Why is easemytrip trying to scam passengers out of their hard earned money. Kindly process the refund for my entire amount ie rs 25208.
