Site was not showing K3 hidden charges (470/-) at the time of booking which were charged in billing.

I feel cheated after seeing the bills.

These charges should be reversed immediately....

I booked the original ticket for 10th July Air India BOM DXB by paying 36, 342 for 3 Passengers. Now I went ahead and reschedule the flight for 7th Aug. While rescheduling on the EaseMyTrip website it asked me to pay a total of 13249 (Reschedule charge and convenience fee). After multiple calls first mail response from hotel department quoting issue with payment gateway.
After 20-30 calls robert.[protected]@easemytrip.com sent another mail on 12 May and added siddiq.[protected]@easemytrip.com with a promise of resolution in 2-3 days.

They have the worst customer care service and promise that hotel team will give a callback...

I booked a flight through their website with reference id QRYDOMHOL01FEB230114 for my Kashmir tour package from travel date of 4th to 10th June 2023. I want to delete my account on easy my trip. There are two accounts there. One has my primary email and the other account has my primary number. I want both my primary number and email on one single account of easymytrip.
Therefore I want to delete my account which has my primary number(phone).

I've around 22k in my EMT wallet since past 1 year and I want to transfer it to my bank. However upon trying to transfer to Bank then it says please select atleast 1 checkbox but there is no checkbox either in Android app or website.

I bought tickets Delhi-Cochin with EaseMyTrip only because they were offering free lounge access as an enticement. It was one way to choose between different points of sale. The vouchers for the lounge never worked. Just caused a lot of stress and wasted a lot of my time trying to sort it out. Suggest not to bother as customer service is very slow and staff can't get basic details right....

I made a reservation on 18 September at approximately 5 PM for a flight Delhi to Jodhpur. Ya received a WhatsApp as well as an email from easemytrip saying my reservation was pending and not confirmed and that they would confirm to me in the next 20 minutes now. My credit card charge was also showing pending. . I waited till the next morning and made an alternate reservation.

The name on the airline ticket has been printed wrongly. When contacted airline they said its not their issue and can't change so have to contact ease my trip but when contacted ease my trip customar care they asked me to write an email which I did and they are not responding to any of my emails or calls.

My flight is just in a day and it is very critical....
