The airline has rescheduled the flight for more than 5 hours for which I am eligible for a full refund which the airline as confirmed has provided (₹3, 636). When I called up ease my trip for cancellation they said the airline has paid to us but we were waiting for you to cancel at our website, all this is just to harass the customer?
Then, on speaking to the customer care agent, he cancelled the ticket which said the refund will be only ₹2, 038!!!
DEDUCTION OF ₹ ₹1, 600????? JUST THE SERVCE CHARGES & CANCELLATION CHARGES and CONVINIENCE FEE!!
Kindly refund the same to Us, it is request not to deduct such amount when we are not responsible for flight preponing or being delayed!!
When the Airline has paid the full refund then why can ease my trip not pay it back??? why does the amount need to be deducted and trouble the customer for his hard-earned money!!!
Kindly Initiate a refund of 1, 600 and please pay it back to me!
