Our flight was on 16th Jan to Paris with PNR JHEXM and we were charged no show penalty.
The delay was due to slow response from EaseMyTrip team since we had called and emailed before the 30 hour limit. We request Easemytrip to please refund the no show penalty immediately since the delay was from their side.
The delay has been from Easemytrip side as we were constantly on calls and asking EaseMyTrip to reschedule before the no-show deadline. However, Easemytrip took 28 hours to act on rescheduling request (we had first contacted 32 hours before departure).
So, it's Easemytrip's fault that the no show penalty was imposed on us. We were assured by Kajal Sharma that no show charges wouldn't be applicable for us since we contacted 32 hours before flight time.Moreover, Easemytrip ticket clearly mentioned we could reschedule 30 hours before flying time.
Even if EaseMyTrip paid no-show charges to airline we are demanding immediate refund of the no-show charges since they have been extracted from us because of Easemytrip's delay.
