I am extremely disappointed with the service I received from EaseMyTrip. I booked a flight through their website with reference id QRYDOMHOL01FEB230114 for my Kashmir tour package from travel date of 4th to 10th June 2023. However, I have serious doubts about the legitimacy of my booking ID and have not received any confirmation for my travel.
I tried contacting their customer service multiple times to seek clarification and assistance, but to no avail. Despite requesting a call back several times, I never received a single call from their team.
It is extremely frustrating to have paid Rs. 25, 000 for a booking that I cannot even verify, and to have received such lousy service from EaseMyTrip. I regret ever using their website for my travel booking needs and would not recommend it to anyone. I demand an immediate resolution to this issue, including a full refund of my payment.
