I have booked Airline ticket through easemytrip.com. My sector was MCT to MAA with Air India airline. Due to operational reason, airlines has changed the flight timings which was not suited for me. Immediately I replied to Easemytrip to cancell my ticket and requested for full refund as the airline has changed their times on[protected]. From then onwards, am continuously following with Easemytrip for my refund, they simply put on the airlines side has to give the Authorization for the refund. Almost 50days am following with them. Thrice times I went to Air India office and they said that the ticket has booked through Easemytrip and they have to refund, there is nothing to do with the Airline approval/Authorization. This also had conveyed to easemytrip with AirIndia mail as a proof. Even after that also, they started to tell me the same answer.

I really do not know, what I should do to get the refund amount. Because of this I totally got mental stress. Kindly help me to get the refund from that Agency.

From 09-02-23 to 07-04-23 ur team is following up with the airline for this issue. May be ur team requires another 10years? Airlines clearly told they can't do it from their side, and also I have requested recently for partial refund ( deduct airline cancellation charges and your service fee also) and return my refund amount, for that why airline approval is required. Only your team is telling stories to the customer. No proper action they are not taking.

How many months do u require for a single refund? As am requesting for partial refund only, why airlines intervention is required? You don't have the intention to refund the amount to your customers? You are making the customers not satisfactory. Attached the Airline message also.

      Account delete

      I want to delete my account on easy my trip. There are two accounts there. One has my primary email and the other account has my primary number. I want both my primary number and email on one single account of easymytrip.
      Therefore I want to delete my account which has my primary number(phone).
      I haven't set any email or name associated with the account that I want to delete....

      I had written my first mail on 24 march regarding waiving off flight cancellation charges since my VISA was rejected. EMT has not refunded any money. It is not responding to me and always asking me to wait for 48 hours. But it’s been 11 days and no action. My money is stuck with them.

        My Booking ID is EMT[protected] and my confirmation number is BOGVCE. I have booked the two way air ticket (Oman Airways) from Chennai to Chicago in the month of June 2022. I have came to Chicago on 30th Aug 2022. I have cancelled the return air ticket which is on 28th Feb 2023 in the month of Jan 2023. They have processed my application and put the refund money of 6109INR in my wallet at EASEMytrip. I have uploaded my scanned copy of my bank passbook several times to transfer money from wallet to my bank account. Every time, They are rejecting my application and ask me to re upload the bank passbook again and again without any logic. Also they are trying to call my Indian Mobile Phone which is not currently in use as I stay in USA. I have also send all my bank account information by email and they keep rejecting my application without any reason. Please note that this is my second complaint as they have rejected my application saying my name in the bank passbook is not matched. My name is given as Nagaraj CM instead of Nagaraj Chelliah Machavallavan and this is not all accepted. you guys are trying to cheat your customers and want to keep their money in your wallet just to embrace the customer's I'm tired of fighting with you guys. I never recommend any one in my life to easemytrip for their travel as you guys are simply cheating your valuable customers.

          On 31/03/2023, I booked a roundtrip ticket to Vienna from New Delhi costing INR 81, 812.00.
          Booking ID- EMT[protected], Yes it was a non-refundable ticket. Due to some family reasons, I wanted to cancel the ticket and I enquired about cancellation over Gmail. the proof of mail is attached. In that mail from the EaseMyTrip side, only the cancellation charges were mentioned as
          Airline penalty: INR 14700/- per pax per sec
          EMT cancellation service charge: INR 500/- per pax per sec.
          So I cancelled the ticket under normal cancellation. At the time of refund, one EaseMyTrip employee VIVEK Told me that I will only get a refund of INR35, 591 from Emirates airline but from Polish Airlines I will only get INR 5208 only.
          I was supposed to get INR66112 but now I am just getting INR40799 only. The EaseMyTrip has made fraud of INR25313. Please resolve this.

          The same thing happened with me. I paid around 130000 INR for two tickets from Chennai to Chicago. But they told they can give only 6109 INR after cancelling the return trip. That also they dont transfer from your wallet to bank account after saying your document is not correct and blah blah cheating reasons. Never recommend your friends and family members to use easemytrip in the future

            Even after I submit the bank document, they rejected my application as they said the name is mismatch. I dont understand why are giving unnecessary reason as my Bank passbook says Nagaraj CM instead of Nagaraj Chelliah Machavallavan. You guys are trying to cheat your customers and want to keep their money in your wallet just to embrace the customer's I'm tired of fighting with you guys. I never recommend any one in my life to easemytrip for their travel as you guys are simply cheating your valuable customers.

              I booked flight tickets from jaipur to doha for the first time with easemytrip.
              I mailed them continuously for a month to get my ticket rescheduled and asked for any date from October 2023 to March 2024 but their only answer was that tickets are not available. In the last they called five days before my booking that the ticket is in October but for that I will have to pay more than the rate of the new ticket. Means the money for the previously booked ticket was also gone and if I get a new ticket done forgetting it, it will cost me more. This is the limit, you clearly refuse that we will not reschedule, what are these excuses for? I am going to consumer court against them, if something like this has happened to you too then contact me and take legal action against them.

                (booking id is[protected] mr. Pratik dave had booked a room in hotel royal orchid central grazia at vashi, navi mumbai. As the payment was done online so we are waiting for the refund from ease my trip but still you have failed to give us the refund as it has been over 45 days since booking but you guys are least bothered in giving the reply to the customer on toll free number or on e-mail. We are calling on toll-free number which is[protected]th time but you guys have the same reply which is we will get a call back from your side which never happens. We are tired of calling you and explaining the same thing again and again on the phone but you guys are so lazy in doing your work that you dont even care from what your customer is suffering only because of you. After this if you dont take any action from your side then we will be going to consumer redressal forum.

                    We had booked flight ticket (Booking ID - EMT[protected]to and fro from Bangalore to Istanbul on 20thAug 22 via Ease my trip in Kuwait Airways.
                    On 21stDec 2022 and 25thDec 2022 we got email from airlines stating that itinary has been rescheduled as below

                    Airline PNR:-6MF5PH
                    Onward journey BLR to IST (Rescheduled date) - 21st April23
                    Onward journey BLR to IST (Booked date) - 22nd April23

                    Return journey IST to BLR (Rescheduled date) - 3rd May23
                    Onward journey BLR to IST (Booked date) - 1st May23

                    Due to this our whole itenary is affected and we cannot travel with modified itenray due other scheduled events.This is re-schedule is purely airline fault and more than 24 hrs we were assured that full refund will be granted.

                    After contacting Ease my Trip they told to wait for 7-10 working days to get confirmation on cancelled amount refund but till date we have niether received the refund nor any information about further action. Its a huge amount of 140657 and ease my trip and airlines is not refunding our money and passing the buck each time we call. We want full refund of our booked amount else we have to take legal step to deal with this fraud.

                        My Booking ID EMT[protected] got cancelled by airline within 24 hours of my booking and I need full refund. But whenever i am calling easmytrip customer care for help, they always redirect the issue by addressing the they will respond within 24 hours but I donot get any response. Please refund my amount as soon as possible, atleast give update regarding the refund status through my registered email id.

                          I had booked a vistara flight from easemytrip...the total cost of journey is 58000 INR and easemytrip is charging me 46000INR as cancellation charges...when asked why such a big amount they just say it's the airline charges... wherein the airline cancellation charge is 18900INR for entire trip...the airline has put in a vendor remark for easemytrip regarding the same but easemytrip is denying that any remark like this is there...i do have a screenshot of the remark... easemytrip clearly reads it wrong and lies to us...all the staff whom we have spoken to are rude and lack basic manners to talk to their customer...we told vistara to cancel the booking and they did so and said remaining amount has to be collected from easemytrip...when we contacted easemytrip they said go to our app and cancel the flight...we were telling them the app says refund of only 12000INR so they said if the airline is giving you more refund then we will return you that also but after 2 days we saw that only 12000INR were returned to us saying that airline deducted the rest amount which easemytrip is clearly lying about...our 25000INR is stuck with easemytrip and they say they have escalated our case to airline regarding refund but no callback from them

                            Address: India

                            An amount of Rs.4600 has been deducted for booking a room at Sonar Bangla hotel, Taki West Bengal via Paytm however, I did not get any confirmation mail or message. Therefore, I do not have any booking ID. I've contacted customer service via email and whatsapp too but have not received any help. The booking is for 19th March so please help immediately.

                              An amount of Rs.4600 has been deducted for booking a room in Hotel Sonar Bangla, Taki West Bengal. Payment was done through UPI (online banking mode-Paytm). However, I did not receive any confirmation so I do not have the booking ID or any such details needed to raise a complain. I have mailed customer care as well as communicated via whatsapp but they keep asking the booking ID which I did not receive at all. The booking is for 19th March so I'm panicking!

                                I booked two seats for Ravipaty Ratnakumar and RV Saikumari by SpiceJet no 2696 vide booking ID EMT[protected] and pnr no ECIESJ on 06 feb23
                                As I could not reach airport in time, my booking was cancelled and they initiated my refund to you on 07 feb23! You did not bother to refund my money till date nor informed me about it! Later I tried to fill up the link sent by you, and mentioned cancelled flt details and my email details, and clicking on ‘No show’
                                It is not accepting stating that booking details not matching my email etc. I filled it 20 times till now and no respite. Please refund my money imdt.

                                  Cannot transfer the amount from wallet to Bank account

                                  I've around 22k in my EMT wallet since past 1 year and I want to transfer it to my bank. However upon trying to transfer to Bank then it says please select atleast 1 checkbox but there is no checkbox either in Android app or website.

                                  It's been more than a month i am following up on calls and mails for my refund. Why is the delay in refunding my payment when Hotel has not provided me with any room? As you know, even on that night we called you using the Hotel Reception Phone and that day you confirmed that you will get reimbursed.

                                  Today I called customer care and shared my concern with Chanda Gupta: on 13March23 1PM. She said she has escalated it to the concerned team and scheduled a call back.

                                  I am waiting for a refund.

                                    They did not sent me booking hotel confirmation in Dubai.
                                    I reserved hotel from 19 February to 20 February - Oak Hotel Suits in Dubai - till now no money return.

                                    They charged, not confirmed, and I needed to leave hotel and look for another one...
                                    Till now they have not returned me money ... althought I sent companins and made complains in system as they asked ...

                                    it looks like fraud or scam company !!!
