      I had booked Himalayan Hill by evoke resor hotel in Pahalgam during my Kashmir trip on 3rd April to 4th April.I got confirmation mail immediately after payment .But when I visited the hotel and showed up at hotel there was no such booking . I was cheated by the site. Hotel staff said that I couldnt get rooms in that hotel as all rooms were already filled. I had my wife with me, and it caused great inconvinience because of bad weather and late evening in Kashmir. Later for night stay I had to pay double the amount for a stay because easymytrip provided me worst class hotel in Kashmir as alternative option. But when we reached there it was very bad as per their service and room facilities then we had left that hotel within 30 min due to inconvenience. Post that i had asked easymytrip to process the complete refund amount.The hotel reception was saying that they had confirmed this to Yatra.com that room was not available during my stay then how come easymytrip not aware about this and why not they informed customer in advance.This negligence cost me my trip.I need refund.

      This is the 12th day, since then I had called easymytrip customer care several times and asked for the Status update on my refund request, every time they told me to provide some more time. After getting this type of customer support I decided to file complain on consumer helpline. Please expedite the resolution on my case.

      No that is not right I'm not satisfied with this comment. Why Easemytrip not provided better hotel with good service. The person who has provide alternative hotel why he had not consider my point that i have requested a good hotel room as i am in honeymoon vacation. But he had provided me worst class hotel and that we had release with immediate effect and inform easemytrip to process the refund. I am sorry to be harsh here but you have to understand that I have paid a good amount for my stay then how come I receive bad hotel with poor service. This is very bad experience that easemytrip is not understanding the pain of their customer. They are not following customer oriented approach.

        My flight was canceled by go air. When contacted, EaseMyTrip executive first told me that he can do nothing but offered me refund. After 2 days when reminded another executive said sorry and said refund will be made. Since no refund was confirmed, I again contacted . After another 2 days when reminded I was told to apply for cancelation through website. When tried, refund amount was shown far less. Again I had to contact EaseMyTrip customer service. After a long conversation, the executive agreed to do cancellation and full refund. I'm using EaseMyTrip for last 15 years but I will never do it again. This is not the first time the flight gets canceled at the last minute. What's the use of booking 3 months earlier?

          Below are the sequence of events:

          14 Mar 2023:
          I had booked my flight from Hamburg, Germany to Hyderabad, India via Easemytrip from the Itinerary recommendations provided by Easemytrip.

          I got email notification from Vistara that my connecting flight from Frankfurt to Delhi has been preponed from 21:40 to 20:20, which gives me with only 1 hour 10 minutes for transit in Frankfurt.

          I kindly requested Easemytrip to provide an alternative which can help me catch the connecting flight, as i am travelling with 4 year old infant.

          From[protected] until[protected], there has been multiple email to and from Easemytrip and multiple calls to their support center.
          Below are the reasons which put me through extreame stress and trauma:

          1. Everytime i call customer service, i had to explain them everything from step one. No one reads email chain and will NEVER pass call to their supervisor or manager.
          2. Extreame long waits and no result and false promises. They say they have explained everything to their backend team and they will call me or email me and next thing you get email from new agent saying same thing and i had explain again from step one.
          3. Despite other travel agents like expedia who helped their customers for similar cases (a friend of mine with same issue and same airline, just different date), Easemytrip kept asking e to pay more money.
          4. Vistara has been very helpful in taking issue into their hands and providing with an alternative, and they also mntioned that this is againt the ethics and rules that Easemytrip is demading additional payment from customer.
          5. Even after the issue is resolved with the help of Vistara not Easemytrip, i inform Easemytrip about their incompetence, they reply aying the flight cannot be rescheduled and asking for payment. This explains the level o[censored]nprofesstionalisam that they dont even care to read email form customer and blindly reply.
          6. I provided them to call on alternate number, but keep calling on other numbers without even reading email and say i am not reachable.

            It has been 15 days as of now since i asked for the refund, till now I didn’t get any refund, i was calling everyday easemytrip customer service everyday they’re saying me to wait for 24hrs from past 4 days till now I didn’t get my refund

              I had 4 tickets booked through EaseMyTrip (EMT) on Air India from Male to Mumbai on 22nd March 2023. On 20th March, EMT emailed me saying the airline has cancelled the flight. I called up EMT and spoke with their executive Mr Samrat, who reconfirmed that the flight was cancelled and that I can cancel my tickets for a full refund. This was a recorded call. Important to note here that the airline did not communicate any cancellation to me, only EMT communicated this.
              I cancelled my tickets and booked new tickets on Vistara through EMT at a cost of Rs. 38, 368.
              Thereafter they have only issued a partial refund of Rs. 18, 576 after deducting cancellation fees of Rs. 18, 584 (airline charges) and Rs. 1200 (EMT charges), saying that the airline has refused full refund.
              First I'm disturbed on my holiday and given harassment & stress of a last minute cancellation and now since 20 days I'm trying to get a refund.
              I'm at a loss of about Rs.20, 584 for no fault of mine.
              This is causing me unnecessary harassment and stress to keep writing several emails, calling up and following up with EMT only to get the same scripted response that they are following up with the airline and that I should wait. Its also disturbing my work and my precious family time.
              I want not only my full refund but I should also be compensated for waste of my time, energy and efforts. This is extremely unethical and unprofessional behaviour on EMT's part and they must be penalized for taking customers for a ride.

                Dreadful Experience: Incompetent Service and Lack of Communication

                I am extremely disappointed with the service I received from EaseMyTrip. I booked a flight through their website with reference id QRYDOMHOL01FEB230114 for my Kashmir tour package from travel date of 4th to 10th June 2023. However, I have serious doubts about the legitimacy of my booking ID and have not received any confirmation for my travel.

                I had booked Hotel Green palette in wagamon for yesterday. Because of the rush in weekend I booked it one week before.I got confirmation mail immediately after payment .But yesterday when I showed up at hotel there was no such booking . I was cheated by the site. As it was weekend and festival season I couldnt get rooms in that hotel as all rooms were already filled and similarly with other hotels too.                   I have paid 11773 but get a refund of 6973, how it is possible that if my cancellation charge is 2250 and cancellation fee is 500, you charged me at 4800rupee.

                      i had booked my flight tickets from easemytrip from patna to goa on 4th of april 2023 of rs. 16850 and had to cancel because my dates were not sure and i was not sure and i had called the easemytrip customer care and had spoken to them about my refund and i was told that only 600 rs will be cut as convience fees rest amount will be refunded as i am cancelling before 24 hrs and now i recieved a message that even airline cancellation charges were applied . I have the whol call recoring to prove that i had asked weather i will get full refund or no so sir please help me out to get refund of 16850/- regards

                        I made a booking using Ease My Trip portal online for my family. We booked 3 Rooms for 7 Guests at Hotel Varuna, Varanasi and paid INR 9801 to Ease My Trip using my card online on 04 April 2023. Upon booking we were shown Room Photos & Inclusions which were good enough to make the booking. Upon reaching the hotel at night 11PM on 04 April 2023, my family was shocked since the rooms were not as shown and one of rooms was very very small, without any windows and in pathetic condition. Upon repeated requests to Ease My Trip for talking to the hotel and sorting this out, they did not do anything. And my family (including a 75+ years old lady) had to suffer the trauma of staying in that room. Since this was very late at night, we had no other choice.

                          I have booked Airline ticket through easemytrip.com. My sector was MCT to MAA with Air India airline. Due to operational reason, airlines has changed the flight timings which was not suited for me. Immediately I replied to Easemytrip to cancell my ticket and requested for full refund as the airline has changed their times on[protected]. From then onwards, am continuously following with Easemytrip for my refund, they simply put on the airlines side has to give the Authorization for the refund. Almost 50days am following with them. Thrice times I went to Air India office and they said that the ticket has booked through Easemytrip and they have to refund, there is nothing to do with the Airline approval/Authorization. This also had conveyed to easemytrip with AirIndia mail as a proof. Even after that also, they started to tell me the same answer.

                          I really do not know, what I should do to get the refund amount. Because of this I totally got mental stress. Kindly help me to get the refund from that Agency.

                          From 09-02-23 to 07-04-23 ur team is following up with the airline for this issue. May be ur team requires another 10years? Airlines clearly told they can't do it from their side, and also I have requested recently for partial refund ( deduct airline cancellation charges and your service fee also) and return my refund amount, for that why airline approval is required. Only your team is telling stories to the customer. No proper action they are not taking.

                          How many months do u require for a single refund? As am requesting for partial refund only, why airlines intervention is required? You don't have the intention to refund the amount to your customers? You are making the customers not satisfactory. Attached the Airline message also.

                              I want to delete my account on easy my trip. There are two accounts there. One has my primary email and the other account has my primary number. I want both my primary number and email on one single account of easymytrip.
                              Therefore I want to delete my account which has my primary number(phone).
                              I haven't set any email or name associated with the account that I want to delete....

                              I had written my first mail on 24 march regarding waiving off flight cancellation charges since my VISA was rejected. EMT has not refunded any money. It is not responding to me and always asking me to wait for 48 hours. But it’s been 11 days and no action. My money is stuck with them.

                                My Booking ID is EMT[protected] and my confirmation number is BOGVCE. I have booked the two way air ticket (Oman Airways) from Chennai to Chicago in the month of June 2022. I have came to Chicago on 30th Aug 2022. I have cancelled the return air ticket which is on 28th Feb 2023 in the month of Jan 2023. They have processed my application and put the refund money of 6109INR in my wallet at EASEMytrip. I have uploaded my scanned copy of my bank passbook several times to transfer money from wallet to my bank account. Every time, They are rejecting my application and ask me to re upload the bank passbook again and again without any logic. Also they are trying to call my Indian Mobile Phone which is not currently in use as I stay in USA. I have also send all my bank account information by email and they keep rejecting my application without any reason. Please note that this is my second complaint as they have rejected my application saying my name in the bank passbook is not matched. My name is given as Nagaraj CM instead of Nagaraj Chelliah Machavallavan and this is not all accepted. you guys are trying to cheat your customers and want to keep their money in your wallet just to embrace the customer's I'm tired of fighting with you guys. I never recommend any one in my life to easemytrip for their travel as you guys are simply cheating your valuable customers.

                                  On 31/03/2023, I booked a roundtrip ticket to Vienna from New Delhi costing INR 81, 812.00.
                                  Booking ID- EMT[protected], Yes it was a non-refundable ticket. Due to some family reasons, I wanted to cancel the ticket and I enquired about cancellation over Gmail. the proof of mail is attached. In that mail from the EaseMyTrip side, only the cancellation charges were mentioned as
                                  Airline penalty: INR 14700/- per pax per sec
                                  EMT cancellation service charge: INR 500/- per pax per sec.
                                  So I cancelled the ticket under normal cancellation. At the time of refund, one EaseMyTrip employee VIVEK Told me that I will only get a refund of INR35, 591 from Emirates airline but from Polish Airlines I will only get INR 5208 only.
                                  I was supposed to get INR66112 but now I am just getting INR40799 only. The EaseMyTrip has made fraud of INR25313. Please resolve this.

                                  The same thing happened with me. I paid around 130000 INR for two tickets from Chennai to Chicago. But they told they can give only 6109 INR after cancelling the return trip. That also they dont transfer from your wallet to bank account after saying your document is not correct and blah blah cheating reasons. Never recommend your friends and family members to use easemytrip in the future

                                    Even after I submit the bank document, they rejected my application as they said the name is mismatch. I dont understand why are giving unnecessary reason as my Bank passbook says Nagaraj CM instead of Nagaraj Chelliah Machavallavan. You guys are trying to cheat your customers and want to keep their money in your wallet just to embrace the customer's I'm tired of fighting with you guys. I never recommend any one in my life to easemytrip for their travel as you guys are simply cheating your valuable customers.
