After multiple calls first mail response from hotel department quoting issue with payment gateway.
After 20-30 calls robert.[protected]@easemytrip.com sent another mail on 12 May and added siddiq.[protected]@easemytrip.com with a promise of resolution in 2-3 days.
They have the worst customer care service and promise that hotel team will give a callback in next 15 mins and then they don't call for 2 days. It was a lifetime mistake that i used easemytrip for a booking and wasted my money and valuable time.
