I did my booking online via https://www.easemytrip.com/ for a ticket from Zagreb to Bucharest on 19/5/23 and despite receiving both PNR and e-ticket booking confirmation, I have my booking rejected. Payment was also successful. Booking ID -EMT[protected]/ PNR : 5WD9W9
So when asked to provide a legit reason for rejection, care center personnel of easemytrip didn't provide one. No responses to the emails either. [protected]@easemytrip.com
The refund request has been made over the phone and I was advised to wait 7 days. But I don't know whether it guarantees the transaction reversal/refund to my account. I do suspect a fraudulent dealing unless this amount is fully refunded Was this information helpful? |
