[Resolved]  EaseMyTrip.com — Full refund not credited after automatically cancelled flight tickets

First time I was contect in indiGo airlines after cancellation of my ticket and when they will refund or send my mony into my account .but they told that after cancellation next day I was refund all amount without any deductions to Ease Mytrip company (29.11.2021) After that I was contacted to easeMy trip company customer care no.01143131313 they told full amount will refund in 7 working date after completing instructions process in booking apps .And I was done all instructions as per their guide line .But today I received Rs 22572 / and they deducted Rs 1400/ they are telling this is convenience fee ..and it will deduct on automatically cancelled tickets also. I have attached tickets with complains reports.if any requirement more kindly contact on mob no 8789543186
