      Full refund not credited after automatically cancelled flight tickets

      I have booked 5 flight tickets (PNR UJUP49P) of Rs 23972/ in IndiGo airlines from EaseMytrip apps as on 24 Oct 2021 .
      IndiGo airlines automatically cancelled my tickets and given options for reschedule / or cancel without any charges deduction. I was not convenient on reschedule our journey and cancelled my journey . Today I received refund amount of Rs 22572/. after deducting Rs. 1400 / ..This EaseMytrip company is not make trip...

        I had booked a train ticket from Easemytrip.com on 20.11.2021 and cancelled the same was for non confirm.
        The ticket refund amount was not refunded by Easemytrip.com.
        In this connection i was sent many emails and call to concerned customer care Numbers by telephonically. But not refunded yet.
        I request you please take the necessary action and do the needful sir.

          I tried to book a ticket from Hyderabad to new delhi for 23rd December. Money got deducted from my bank account via UPI payment. But i cant see any booking in easemytrip app. Can you please check the attached screenshot for the payment IDs and confirm if i get the money refunded.

            My Booking id:EMI91517063.
            There three field to cancel in Android application. but
            1. Select Room
            2. Check Refund
            3. Confirmation

            I click select room to check refund.
            once i click its ask OTP. and cancelled without Showing Check Refund and Confirmation.

            Its Bug.. I complaint them.. they not ready to agree. hotel telling please talk to your Booking manager.. he is not resolving any issues. its said only not possible to anything.. i im asking revice my cancellation.. they won't agree that.

            won't experience with easymytrip. there is no proper communication from them

              On 23th November 2021 I booked a ticket online via EasMyTrip.com from Delhi to Bhopal, date of journey being 26/11/2021 by Chennai Rajdhani (12434).
              I received a ticket saying booking pending although the amount of Rs.2806.1/- was deducted.
              On query via e-mail (since telephone was not accessible) for the ticket status EaseMyTrip.com replied "
              Your booking is rejected
              We regret to inform you that the host is unable to accept your booking
              . Your amount would be Refunded automatically. " Further they promised " Rs.2806.1 has been processed in your account. It takes 3-4 working days for refunded to reflect. "
              But till date that more than a week the amount has not been refunded .
              Please initiate the refund as soon as possible .

                    I booked an Air India flight number AI-807 from Delhi to Bangalore for[protected] for 9 passengers from Ease My Trip on 19-11-21 by paying Rs 46103/- The booking Id is EMT90872370 and PNR is H9013.

                    Within two hours of booking, I had to cancel the ticket. But before cancelling, I confirmed from Ease My Trip, Air India customer service as well as DGCA Passenger Charter that I will get full refund without any deductions if I cancel any domestic booking within 24 hours of booking. ( Screenshot of DGCA Passenger Charter attached) Only then I cancelled my booking on the same day within two hours of booking.

                    I was astronished to see that Ease My Trip refunded me only Rs 12393/- on the same day instead of Rs 46103/- on the grounds that I cancelled my booking under normal cancellation. Nothing of this sort was told to me during my telephonic conversation.

                    I made many calls and sent emails to Ease My Trip as well as Air India but without any fruitful results.

                    Kindly help me getting balance amount of my refund pl. I shall be very thankful to you

                        I would like to raise the complaint against the insufficient refund with respect to flight cancellation.
                        I have booked the ticket Ease my tip.com, Booking ID ¬ EMT 82665707 for INR-9544.00.
                        The original career was Air-India & Booking ID H9BC8 journey date 6th Nov.
                        Which was got canceled without any prior information
                        Eventually I have the rights to receive full refund as per the rule for any cancellations from provider's end.
                        However, I have received only INR 2733.00 against the same any this undesirable as against the rule.
                        I believe, customer should not responsible for liaising and chasing for any internal settlements between Ease my trip.com
                        And their career partners.
                        So please take this matter on serious basis and do the complete refund at earliest.
                        Trust Ease my trip.com will fix the embarrassing situation and take necessary action as per their market reputation.
                        It’s totally harassment with from Ease My Trip.com as it was not customer friendly

                            Booked a flight from U S to INDIA with a layover of 5 hours at dubai.

                            the flight now is laying over at Dubai by 27 hours.

                            since a girl student is flying alone and as per the clause of IATA about delayed flights, we are eligible for alternate flights.

                            called the customer care and spoke to few inclding Mr Karthik, they promised to send a link and the link isnt working.

                            they asked screen shot and the same had been given.

                              While booking this ticket I paid Rs 1200 extra for free cancellation. However, while I opted for canceling the attached ticket, I was illegally charged a cancellation charge which was committed as free as clearly mentioned in the below mail. Please arrange to take up the matter with the company since even after the written request the company has refused to refund me the full amount.

                              Why this information about the insurance claim was not shared by your customer care when I called and raised the issue. Is not that a fraudulent practice on behalf of EaseMyTrip. And where do I get the certificate no or unique reference no for making the claim? I don't see any information on the given communication to me.

                                While I was trying to book by flight tickets from Kolkata to Port Blair on 23.11.2021, the ticket amount of Rs. 17084 has been debited from my HDFC bank account but the tickets have not been booked and no booking reference has been provided to me.                                 Easemytrip team contacted me and explained details of the transaction failure reasons and also confirmed me that the amount will be refunded in few days. Later I contacted the bank and they also assured that it was a failure from bank side.                                   This is with regard to cancellation of the flight from Nagpur to Pune PNR no. R7MKXP, dated 2nd Aug'2021. I booked the ticket from EaseMyTrip.com, the flight got cancelled by the airlines for which I have not received the refund of INR 4496/- till date. I have been following up since then. There is no proper response. I was ensured that I will get the refund of the cancelled flight, since it was done by the airlines.

                                  Kindly help to get this resolved ASAP.

                                    I booked a ticket which costed 3497 rupees from Mumbai to Coimbatore using Easemytrip application. I used Gpay to pay the same amount to Easemytrip. The amount has been debited but the ticket hasn't been booked.

                                    Their whatsapp support asks for booking id or PNR number which is not available in this case as the ticket hasn't been booked. So the whatsapp support is of no use unfortunately
