[Resolved]  EaseMyTrip.com — inconsistency of terms and conditions of ease my trip

I had booked a round trip to hong kong (Indigo flight) via ease my trip.com (11 dec and 15 dec 2019) from mumbai. Unfortunately, due to the ongoing political protests, hong kong university cancelled the proposed conference. The cancellation of the round trip was beyond my control.

Now, after i applied for refund, ease my trip, only awarded me approx. 4400 inr as refund and states in its terms and conditions that indigo cancellation charges amount to approx. Inr 23500 although indigo clearly states at the time of cancellation that the airline cancellation fees only amount to inr 9000. Ease my trip cancellation fee is only inr 250 per sector or inr 1000 in total. All-in-all, ease my trip owes me approximately inr 14, 400 as refund for the cancelled flights. Sadly they have not honored their refund. I see inconsistency in ease my trip terms and conditions. As customer i feel cheated by ease my trip. I shall think twice before recommending ease my trip to my contacts.

I earnestly request ease my trip to credit inr 12500 to the debit card used to make payment for the indigo flights without any delay. Thank you.
