[Resolved] EaseMyTrip.com — money deducted ticket not booked money not refunded | |
I was booking a flight ticket for Mumbai to Patna on 27th November 2019. in payment mode I used Google pay to make the payment which at end shown failed on your side. at the same time, my account was debited for Rs. 4422.00. I have tried contacting your support many times and failed with the simple reply that you have not received the payment. I went the extra mile and followed up with ICICI bank and Google pay for the transaction for which both said the transaction is completed from their end and only EaseMytrip can provide exact details by checking with their payment gateway provider PayU. it has been more than 15 days and I am struggling to get my money back.
