[Resolved]  EaseMyTrip.com — Money Got Deducted but Ticket is not confirmed

I tired to book a flight ticket from Guwahati to Agartala at 13.00 hrs on 21st April, 2021. I tired to complete the payment via Gpay 1st time the app didn't recognize my fingerprint as my fingertip was wet, i couldn't make the payment, so i went back to the easemytrip app and tried again vai Gpay, this time i gave my upi id and money got deducted i even received a reward card in Gpay (later that turned out to be better luck next time) but there was no redirection to booking confirmation page on the app(which usually occur on successful payment), and when i called the customer care they said they didn't receive any money and the ticket is not confirmed.
