Address: NO 5 ALTAS VILLAS ALTINHO, PANAJI GOA, .

On the 26th of February 2020, I had booked return flight tickets sector Goa-Dubai-Goa for the 2nd of April 2020 through EaseMyTrip. The booking was confirmed for 2 Passengers and the booking ID was EMT71168750.
The total purchase price was Rs.37, 802.00 which was paid by debit card and receipt thereof acknowledged.
Due to the Pandemic Lockdown and subsequent cancellations of flights I was not able to travel to my destination
My refund was processed on the 28th of March 2021, and thereafter I was sent a message on my cell phone which read
Airlines cancellation fee -0
EMT service fee -0,

However when I checked the refund amount which was credited to my account, I realised that I was paid a total of Rs 36, 196.00 which is exactly Rs 1, 606.00 less than what I had originally paid for my tickets.

Kindly explain as to how you have paid me Rs 1, 606.00 less considering that as per directives of the Supreme court of India order which had stated that “the value by credit shell will be enhanced by 0.50% per month (6% per annum) till June 30, 2020, and thereafter till March 31, 2021, by 0.75% per month (9% per annum). The Apex court had mentioned that only the airlines in financial distress could issue credit shell vouchers till March 31, 2021. After this, the airlines will have to refund the credit shell amount with such enhanced value”. I will be obliged if you could kindly settle the balance as per the above directives and oblige. I received your immediate reply on the 21st of April 2021. stating that as a one-time courtesy, You had initiated the process to refund convenience fees in my corresponding mode of payment. However, I regret to inform you that till date no such refund has been received. Kindly do the needful at your earliest

        Money Got Deducted but Ticket is not confirmed

        I tired to book a flight ticket from Guwahati to Agartala at 13.00 hrs on 21st April, 2021. I tired to complete the payment via Gpay 1st time the app didn't recognize my fingerprint as my fingertip was wet, i couldn't make the payment, so i went back to the easemytrip app and tried again vai Gpay, this time i gave my upi id and money got deducted i even received a reward card in Gpay (later that turned out to be better luck next time) but...

            Dear Sir,
            I have booked flight for Bagdogra to New Delhi for dated 17.04.2021 vide booking ID EMT79859868 PNR J8JQY but wrongly it was booked for dated 17.06.2021. Due to wrong date booking I have immediately cancelled the tickets within one hour of booking on the same day and spoke to executive of Easemytrip and Air India regarding cancellation. They have intimated that if you cancelled the flight with in 24 hrs of booking full refund will be admissible as per refund policy. Now I have received a refund of Rs. 2385/- after deducting Rs. 9075/- as airline cancellation charge . I have mailed to booking agency I e easemytrip regarding full refund, but they have harassing me in this regard.

            You are requested to kindly lookinto the matter and instruct the airline to refund the full amount as the cancellation is within one hours of booking

              My flight with Qatar Airways for flight date 31 Jan 2021 from Pune-Del-Doha-Montreal was cancelled by airline on 29 Jan 2021 (booked on 5 Jan 2021). I applied for refund on EaseMYtrip Portal on 2 Feb 2021. I was told the standard process takes 28 days. I waited untill 3 March 2021 when Mr. Sunil Verma committed 20-25 days to resolve the issue. Today it is 4 April and I still havent received the refund.

              The Agent claims that airline has not refunded, The airline says that agent has not applied for a refund, how can we process the refund.

              I want a refund for full amount (full accepted by Airline) of Rs. 45500/-.

                Refer to the above subject matter, I have booked my ticket from your site on 23.03.2021, transaction id no- EMT81630657 .
                After few hrs I have canceled the booking due to personal reasons, but still I have not received the refund amount . Today I tele talked with your customer Care regarding the Refund, he informed me that it will not refund without any reason, you people are misguiding and doing fraud with customer .
                Hope you understand that the matter Refund the same amount against cancelation.

                    My email inbox is continuously spammed by EaseMyTrip promotional messages. This, despite having written to their customer service email several times. Each time the response is standard, that the request is in process and update will be given in 24-48 hours. Like the bottomless corruption in our country, that 48 hours has never come!!

                    In frustration I sent requests also to the CEO on Twitter and LinkedIn. Each one of the messages was read, but there was no response and no effort was made to stop the spamming.

                    It is absolutely unacceptable that a company thinks it is professional and ethical to resort to unwanted/unsolicited emails, despite repeated requests for unsubscription.

                      I had booked two flight tickets on www.easemytrip.com for the date of 22nd March 2021 from Mumbai to London. The airline was British Airways. PNR number 5N8DYL.

                      The airline cancelled the flight. Rebooked people on other flights. I was not informed by either the airline or the booking agent easemytrip. I did not get replacement ticket, no information at all. When my cousin and his friend reached airport, to travel on student visa, they was no flight.

                      Easemytrip has refused to help, no matter how much I have explanined. They tell me the ticket was preponed, and when airline contacted me, I agreed to it. That is a lie. When i contacted the airline, they told me the opposite, that the agent contacted me, and I agreed to preponement. Both parties putting blame on each other, but where is the replacement ticket? Where is the email and SMS informing me of such a big change? Nothing at all. No communication.

                      British Airways has refused any help, asking me to contact the agent through whom I have booked. Both these big companies have left the customer to run pillar to post. The customer service is horrible, just copy pasting same messages from templates instead of actually replying to customers.

                      I request easemytrip to please issue refund.

                          I tried booking a ticket from EasyMyTrip for Chennai to Kolkata on 22nd March. During the payment the payment failed and the money was deducted. I contacted their support they said to get in touch with my bank. I got in touch with my bank and they said the money has been deducted which EaseMy Trip denies doing. Its 7days almost and I haven't received my refund

                            Air India informs that 1 sector Mumbai to Kolkata AI675 CANCELLED for 01 April 2021. However, no information on flight 2nd SECTOR Kolkata to Aizawl, assumed to be "on schedule"

                            Neither the booking agent - EASEMYTRIP nor the Airlines - AIR INDIA is taking responsibility for this mess.

                            Air Ticket booking made via Ease My Trip website via Netbanking.

                            Current situation - NO response from AIRLINES or Easemytrip. NO LOGIC if 1st sector is CANCELLED, to have 2nd sector VALID. Entire booking should be cancelled and money refunded. Both entities playing the customer like a ping pong ball, without accepting responsibility and taking adequate corrective action or getting me a REFUND!! SO i can book elsewhere.

                            It seems from the AIRLINES AIR INDIA, there was NO scheduled flight on 1st of April, MUM to KOL. However, Easemytrip took this booking and deducted account for ticket sales.

                            Air India REBOOKED this PNR to 2nd April 2021...

                            Wonder what the SERVICE or CONVENIENCE FEE charged by booking agent for? This INCONVENIENENCE and NUISANCE?

                              I accidently created an account on ease my trip. I tried to delete it by looking into the account but couldn't find an option 'to delete'. Why doesn't ease my trip have an option to delete while every other site does.
                              This is very annoying so please help me out. I would be very pleased if you could delete it permanently for me. Kindly do the needful.

                                  2nd complaint:
                                  On26th Feb'21, I booked 2 air tickets, Indigo from Chennai to Guwahati for 2nd March '21through Google Pay vide trans ID-CICAgODQur38TQ but only on 2nd March'21 I received an email tickets details but PNR was shown pending. I checked in Chennai Airport Indigo office for PNR for boarding pass. But they no such tickets from EaseMyTrip in our names issued at all. I had to buy 2 new tickets for 3rd March '21 after undergoing untold sufferings spending huge money on hotel for night halt. Subsequently I lodged my first complaint from this page to EaseMyTrip. Against that complaint I received a mail from EaseMyTrip on 7th and also phone calls. Callers requested me to receive compensation of ₹49876 on line through voucher through Google Pay.I trusted them as they described everything about my case and instructed me to do step by step advice to click In Google Pay. But suddenly I realized that I was cheating. Instead of receiving the amount, they debated ₹49, 876 from my a/c. I m now totally disappointed for not receiving any further response from EaseMyTrip. So have been filing this fresh complaint hoping urgent actions from EaseMyTrip.

                                    I had booked a ticket on 18 feb 2021 bbi to Delhi airindia flight.Ticket not confirmed for first transaction so I booked second one.For both two tickets, money deducted from my account. My transaction was successfully both two times but easemytrip care said they didn't receive money for first one.so I raise a dispute from my bank side but bank said money is successfully credited to beneficiary account.
