I had booked two flight tickets on www.easemytrip.com for the date of 22nd March 2021 from Mumbai to London. The airline was British Airways. PNR number 5N8DYL.
The airline cancelled the flight. Rebooked people on other flights. I was not informed by either the airline or the booking agent easemytrip. I did not get replacement ticket, no information at all. When my cousin and his friend reached airport, to travel on student visa, they was no flight.
Easemytrip has refused to help, no matter how much I have explanined. They tell me the ticket was preponed, and when airline contacted me, I agreed to it. That is a lie. When i contacted the airline, they told me the opposite, that the agent contacted me, and I agreed to preponement. Both parties putting blame on each other, but where is the replacement ticket? Where is the email and SMS informing me of such a big change? Nothing at all. No communication.
British Airways has refused any help, asking me to contact the agent through whom I have booked. Both these big companies have left the customer to run pillar to post. The customer service is horrible, just copy pasting same messages from templates instead of actually replying to customers.
I request easemytrip to please issue refund.
