On[protected] I tried to book a birth from ranebennur to Bangalore for train number 06242 in the name of Ashok nadiger with my Debit card which is linked to Karnataka Bank Haveri my sb account. but amount 281.00 rs debited from my account. but birth not booked. no seat number booking message came to my phone....

On26th Feb'21, I booked 2 air tickets, Indigo from Chennai to Guwahati for 2nd March '21through Google Pay vide trans ID-CICAgODQur38TQ but only on 2nd March'21 I received an email tickets details but PNR was shown pending. I checked in Chennai Airport Indigo office for PNR for boarding pass. But they no such tickets from EaseMyTrip in our names issued at all. I had booked a ticket on 18 feb 2021 bbi to Delhi airindia flight.Ticket not confirmed for first transaction so I booked second one.For both two tickets, money deducted from my account. My transaction was successfully both two times but easemytrip care said they didn't receive money for first one.so I raise a dispute from my bank side but bank said money is successfully credited to beneficiary account....

Partial refund of cancelled ticket

Hi All,
I booked a Vistara ticket, PNR MAU9GA for 2nd April 2020 for Rs 5558/- from EaseMyTrip. Due to the Covid-19 pandemic flights got canceled. When called EaseMyTrip they asked to contact the airlines for a refund. Refund of flight fare

I submitted a complaint on 5th March regarding refund or rebooking of Paris to New Delhi Air India flight. The reply I got from Easemytrip is that I have to pay a reissue charge of more than Rs 4000/-. This is ridiculous as the flight was cancelled by airlines and therefore the airlines and the travel agent are supposed to refund the whole amount or arrange for rebooking without any additional cost. My refund of flight booking

I have booked a ticket through easemytrip.com today on 7pm Varanasi to Kolkata dated 13th of march. The amount which i was supposed to pay has been deducted from my bank account but i didnot recieved any confirmation and after calling to the easemytrip helpline number i got to know that the payment was not recieved yet. But after 45 to 50 minutes i got a call from Nikhil Sharma that they recieved the payment and whether to confirm the booking...

Money got deducted but ticket not booked, refund also not received yet

I was booking One Ticket through Ease My Trip from Guwahati to Bangalore on date 20 Feb 2021, for 01 March 2021. However the amount Rs. 6792/- has been deducted from my HDFC Bank A/c but I have not received any ticket booking confirmation, So, basically the ticket was not booked.

Non-refund of cancelled Flight fare

I booked Paris to Delhi Air India flight ticket (AI-142) for 3rd july 2020 for my daughter Rhine Sengupta through Easemytrip.com at a cost of Rs 32918/-. The PNR of the airlines is YEKPG and the booking Id is EMT70636331.

I accidently created an account on ease my trip. I tried to delete it by looking into the account but couldn't find an option 'to delete'. Why doesn't ease my trip have an option to delete while every other site does.
This is very annoying so please help me out. I would be very pleased if you could delete it permanently for me. Kindly do the needful.

Hi, I had booked ticket against referred booking id in March 21, against which there is refund of Rs 11097 is due from Ease my trip from last 11 months.

I am continuously begging to get my own hard earned money. It seems that Easemy trip has looted my money.
There are continuous bluffs are getting communicated by their respective consumer care staffs .

I am following up since last 3 months after awaiting...

My PNR-DIGEVP, refund amount not recieved. I cancelled my ticket on 14th january and the indigo airline refunded the entire amount to ease my trip...I kept calling ease my trip every other day after my cancellation, the keep asking me to wait for more time. Its more than a month to when i reported my issue to ease my trip...And they do not have any answers till date!!i shared my bank statements too and all tge have to say is wait!...

Refund of Cancelled Ticket - II5JFM

Sir,
The ticket which was bought through the EaseMyTrip portal was canceled by the airline due to the pandemic. The airline has refunded the portal.
The portal has informed me that the refund is credited to EaseMyTrip wallet which can be used to transfer the amount to my bank account. The Transaction Id is EMT71093363. However, on accessing my account, the wallet shows zero balance. I have sent 5 emails to [protected]@easemytrip.com....
