The perfect scam by easemytrip
They are selling flight tickets of airlines which do not have permission to fly and then when the flight get cancelled they say, CONTACT AIRLINES FOR REFUND
I booked and made payment for a return ticket ( two way) from easymytrip.com last month.
2 days ago i received a message from them that my ticket has been cancelled and rescheduled to two days later by the airlines.
since the airlines has changed the flight i have been following up for a refund and full cancellation.
1st phone call with customer service
They tell me to contact the airlines and fight for the refund.
After speaking with the airlines, they say they would refund the ticket only if i have purchased from their website.
2nd phone call
They say only the sector that is changed will be refunded. They don't say the amount.( They could easily refund 10 % and say the other other sector cost xyz.
3rd phone call
They say and repeat the words, "we have our terms and conditions". And only if airlines initiate refund, you will get refund.
Again after speaking with the airlines, they say they cannot initiate the refund since i have not purchased the ticket from them ( their website) contact travel agent/company from where the ticket was purchased.
THE PERFECT SCAM BY EaseMyTrip and can't wait for this to become a Police Case.
