No full refund as promised

I have booked my flight through Easemytrip and then I had to cancel my flight. For the refund, I was supposed to receive 55364 Rs. I received two emails that said due to technical issues, the refund will be split into two payments partially- 1) 30, 205rs and 2) 25, 159rs. I just received 25, 159 Rs yet. I haven't received the remaining amount. It's been over 8 days. There is no sign of a refund process that has been initiated for 30205.br...

MyTicket not booked, but money get debited

I have booked 2 tickets (Dadn Intercity 2S Second seating ) from Bhopal to Dewas for 30th january 17.05 on 28 january at 9.28 am, my amount get debited from my bank and easemytrip page stucked with the processing icon but after long wait not get any confirmation, and also the amount has been debited from my account of rs 217.70- through bank of baroda - bank, it takes hours to connect with sales and support team.

Money debited but train ticket not booked.

I have booked a train ticket from kannur to madgoan for 28th jan.After booking it shows booking pending and no pnr was there but money got deducted. while trying to cancel, its not working.

Wrong refund amount

I booked emirates round-trip tickets with easemytrip and paid around 54000 and after 1n half month due to some technical issue emirates cancelled my return flight and I called easemytrip and checked with their customer service and he told me i can use one way ticket and for my return ticket as it got cancelled by the airline i will be getting full refund for my return flight ticket that was approximate 27000 but the refund i got that is approx...

Charged for convenience fees

Respected sir,

I booked a flight from easemy trip
For 6 pax, but flight got cancelled by the airlines.They refunded the whole amount to easemytrip.But easemy trip is not refunding the same.They are telling convenience fees are going to be charged .I have booked the other flights from Easemy trip only why should I pay convenience fees for 6 pax... when airlines have already refunded the money....

Charged for rescheduling the flight

We have rescheduled our parents tickets from 11 Jan to 31Jan 2022
and the company ha charged 4332 for rescheduling our flight.
Reason for rescheduling due to the rise of Covid cases in Delhi. since they are aged. hence we postponed their flights from 11 Jan -31 Jan 2022.

Convenience Fees charged by Easemytrip on a cancelled International Flight while the Airline issued a full refund.

My journey from Bangalore to Phuket (PNR : G41U5V) from 12th of January 2022 to 18th of January, 2022 was canceled due cancellation of the Flight by GoFirst Airlines. False deduction on refunds and not proper response to query.

I had cancelled my flight on 3rd Jan and on the cancellation policy it was mentioned that the website cancellation fee is 300 per person and an airline cancellation fee will be deducted but upon cancellation they deducted 600 rupees as convience fee and 500 instead of 300per person( 2 people) as emt cancellation fees. Flight Cancel - Refund Issue

My flight got reschedule by the airline and I am not comfortable with the new timing, I contact air india they said if you want to cancel plz asked your booking agent to do so,
Now when I called easymytrip they saying plz drop email we cant help over call.

Money deducted from bank , but no confirmation from the website

Hi, I had booked a flight ticket from Mangalore to Bangalore for 12 the jan, 9 Am, on 8 the January. After the payment deduction from bank, the website got stuck and the ticket confirmation was obtained. there was no refund in the bank either....

Customer request negligence causing refund money from air carrier

I had booked an Lufthansa flight ticket via EaseMyTrip.
I flew one side with the ticket. However, since the return journey was beg constantly rescheduled and cancelled by Lufthansa, we requested a cancellation and refund of the second part of the journey.
