The booking IDs are EMT70951144 / EMT 70948473 / EMT 55861395. These bookings are cancelled and refunded to wallet, but it was paid by my credit card where it is not getting refunded, I followed the shared process, but it is an utter failure on my machine . The further details are as follows: https://mybookings.easemytrip.com/Flight/status?bid=[protected]@@ -REFUNDED ON 02/12/2021 as per easemytrip.com for INR 3173.00 https://mybookings.easemytrip.com/Flight/status?bid=mS%[protected]@@ - REFUNDED ON 11/22/2021 as per easemytrips.com for INR 3872.00 https://mybookings.easemytrip.com/Flight/status?bid=4%[protected]@@ - REFUNDED ON 02/28/2019 as per easemytrip.com for INR 5220.00 Actually neither it is reflecting either credit card statement or bank account. However, we would like to inform you that for your EMT70951144 / EMT70948473 booking, a refund was made from our side in your EMT Wallet on the 2nd Dec 21 & 22nd Nov 21 respectively, which you can transfer in the traveller's account by visiting our website and for booking ID EMT55861395 Refund was initiated from our side on 28th Feb 21 in your same mode of payment.
