It’s been more than two weeks i have not yet received my refund

    1. Booked air tickets for 3.6.22 for myself; wife and kids ; saw the banner on website front page " FREE Full Refund due to Medical Reasons" with no further conditions mentioned.
    2. Now due to medical reasons when we wish to avail same; they are denying ; saying that I did not fill any checkbox during booking.
    3. Charging me Rs 3800/- per ticker; i.e 11400/- financial loss. besides emotional stress due to same.
    4. case of blatant CHEATING and misleading advertisement.
    5. called up their customer care at[protected] but no respite.
    Please help against this cheating and help for financial refund for atleast the Loss.

      I booked ticket on 27April 2022, from this website from Mumbai to Auckland via Singapore for 11th June 2022 paying Rs.59497 mentioned ticket number[protected] and PNR YNCPUH with AirNZ airlines.
      Exactly after a month from date of booking 27th May 2022, got mail that partial half of flight got cancelled and I have option to reschedule or Cancel the flight, with full refund.
      I tried alot while keep talking to their support and dropping mail on same day to get rescheduled but no response so at 1830 hrs with no hope I decided to cancel the trip and booked my another flight directly with airlines.
      after few hours my cancel request rejected and as i called to their support team they told me airlines denied to refund and flight again got confirmed and on time, for same I have their mail evidence.

      I thought as they given me cancellation notification they also need to give the confirmation mail but they didn't and I already booked and invested double amount of money for my trip.

      After few days on 30th May 2022, I again got mail from Easmytrip, that partial flight trip got cancelled so again I raised request for Cancellation but again got rejected and told me to reschedule or reissue the tickets.

      But as I can see and checked with airlines directly flight status is showing RESERVED instead of CONFIRMED, which mean still no guarantee for me to fly with this ticket and i really got disappointed with Easmytrip support as they can't help me with my refund from last two times.
      I think they need to take responsibility to talk to airlines in this concern as passenger can't struggle that much, that's why we take help of travel agents.

      And I already invested double amount of my money to get my air ticket my own at last moment after they cancelled my flight two times so now I need my full refund from Easemytrip.com

          I had booked flight tickets for Kolkata to Dhaka on 28th of May, 2022 for my wife and brother in law. The booking ID was EMT99019219. The money for the tickets ₹12, 716 got debited from UPI: [protected]@okicici, yet the tickets could not be booked as the EaseMyTrip booking portal showed payment unsuccessful. On calling the customer care, they said that they had initiated a refund and it would be credited to my account within 5-7 working days. It has been 9 working days and the EaseMyTrip customer care team is telling that they have provided me the refund, yet no refund has been credited to my account. I had even mailed them my account statement on which they are saying that they have refunded the amount, to show that I have not received any refund. This is really harassing and I want my refund as soon as possible.

          No update on this, I have already sent the account statement in which I have received no money from EaseMyTrip.com, and the company is still telling to send across the account statement. I don't understand such leniency from the organisation in paying the refund amount. Requesting them to process it as soon as possible.

            Due to Easemytrip decrepancy i have lost approx 33000Rs, and easemytrip didn't resolved my concern.

            Thier is some discrepancy is refund calculation, On below mentioned booking before submitting cancellation request easemytrip portal shown refund amount is Rs 37500 but they approved refund only Rs 4534.

            Cancellation sector :- ZRH-FRA; FRA-DEL

            And as per easemytrip customer care cancellation fees is Rs 12000/- which is mentioned in all Airindia tickets but unnecessary they charged Rs 69556/- as a cancellation penalty.while i discused the same with easemytrip executive they informed that maybe system shown incorrect value.

            But to easemytrip i have lost my return ticket as well as refund amount.

                I have booked AirIndia tickets through online portal Easemytrip.com on 15th Feb'2020 as per the following details.

                1. Delhi to Cochin on 14th August 2020- Flight No. AI-512. Airline PNR-Y6KWL

                2. Cochin to Delhi on 25th August 2020- Flight No. AI-47. Airline PNR-Y6KEP

                Booking id: EMT70528097 and EMT70525774
                Ticket Nos.[protected],[protected],[protected],[protected] //[protected],[protected],[protected],[protected]

                Due to the Covid-19 current situations prevailing at that time, the airlines have not operated the flights on both the days.

                I have applied for the full refund from Easemytrip.com for the non operated flights. i have been writing to you since August 2020. After many follow ups the have partially refunded after deducting airline penalty as below.

                For Booking id: EMT70528097
                Airline penalty: 12, 636‬ (3159 per pax)
                Total Refunded Amount of Rs.1716

                Airline penalty: 12, 636‬ (3159 per pax)
                EMT cancellation service charge: 1200(300 per pax)

                I have written many times past two years for a full refund. Many times the Easemytrip.com have reverted that they have not got a airline confirmation for a full refund. Now even after airline confirming a full refund of the ticket amount, Easemytrip.com is not refunding the full refund.
                As per EMT booking portal/ tickets booked, there was no cancellation charges on the tickets booked.

                I have raised the complaint for two ticket cancellations. I have received refund only for one ticket.

                Refund for other ticket is still pending for the travel details below:

                I have been again writing and sending email reminders to you for the pending refund. There is no positive reply. Only reply I am getting to be patient and wait for the refund. It's been two years now for the refund.

                  My flight dated today 20th May 2022 was booked via Easemytrip. While booking it cleared mentioned that I will get a refund of rs2, 560 if I cancel my flight. I was specifically looking at a refundable flight due to some health complications. Unfortunately, I had to cancel the flight. I called the carrier - Indigo airlines and they said they will be able to refund Rs. 930. I have an email from them confirming the same. When i call Easemytrip that refundable amount changes to rs.230.

                  While booking when it's clearly mentioned that the refund amount will be rs2560 and the airline is giving back 930... How is it that Easemytrip is not even giving back the mentioned amount, instead eating up 700 inbetween.

                  It's a miniscule amount but for me, it's about what is portrayed to a customer and what is delivered are two very different things.

                  Also, the representative was extremely hyper and impolite.

                  Kindly, intiate the refund that Indigo is giving and please stop eating up the money.

                  Highly disappointed with the company and also the way the representative handled the call.

                    Since the flight from Dehradun to Delhi got delayed by many hours, the airlines cancelled the onward flight from Delhi to Jaipur and a full refund was announced to all the travellers. It's been more than 3 months and even after innumerable chats with easemytrip and emails to them and alliance air, I have yet to receive a single penny. It's been very frustrating as easemytrip says they haven't received the refund from alliance air and alliance air says since the ticket was booked through easemytrip, they can't do anything in this regard.As a consumer, i feel cheated and don't know where to go.

                      My complaint about my long pending refund case being following up since last 20 days almost...ID EMT97999569, PNR - LK32HS All limits has crossed, EMT guys are mentally harassing me like anything, how many times, I will call/email/ enquire with EMT People for my remaining refund amount of Rs. 3250 /- Just utter nonsense n stupidity going on...False commitments, new new excuses day by day only been given after repeated calls/emails. Don't bother to revert back to my emails ever. Never ever imagined that Ease My Trip company wud turn out to be such type of nightmare for me genuine refund case. Going thru huge mental trauma since last 20 days. Calls/emails been attempted by me to them but all in vain. Result is zero. They are just ignorant & careless. Not bothered at all to solve my case n do my refund. Request to ur forum to help me out for my genuine refund from Ease My Trip.

                      Hii, almost 1 month over after posting my complaint here regarding my genuine refund case of Rs. 3250 /- for my booking ID EMT97999569. Just unbelievable. Easemytrip has literally looted me & my hard earned money. Such a worthless & fraud company, never imagined in my dreams. Almost 2 months going to be over but they don't bother to my complaints, emails, phone calls etc..Now they hv blocked my mobile no or so..My calls are going unanswered. No reply to my 30 odd emails to them even...It's just turning out to be a nightmare. Have no idea now how to get back my money. Posted my complaint here thinking of a solution but in vain as here also 1 month gone after my earlier post. Or else thinking of legal proceedings now if not got any result after posting here. Lot of hopes on this forum. Kind Request to ur forum to help me out for my refund from Ease My Trip on priority...Lastly request to reconsider on priority for flight bookings at Easemytrip portal. Such a worst company, have no words to describe Easemytrip's experience, service etc. Literally Easemytrip has digested my hard earned money. Honestly have no words to describe this pathetic situation of this worthless company Easemytrip. Such careless, ignorant, fake behaviour from Eassemytrip.

                        I booked 4 train tickets from chennai central to ottapalam on 11th may when it was in waiting list . I made the payment through Gpay & amount of ₹1551 was debited from my account. Then it showed like.. Booking processing then the page got stuck and then I didn't get any status or information about my booking. I didn't get any booking number or pnr number I couldn't even able to cancel my booking..

                          Regarding booking ID:-EMT96927830, PNR No:- 6M634 I requested to reschedule the flight and then Ease my trip asked to contact airlines as I was continuously contacting the Vistara airlines there was no response and in the end they told due to delay in response we are cancelling your flight total refund of Rs, 7346/- will be paid to you

                          Till now we have not received the amount and continuously following with them but no response and lot of harassment.

                              Sub: Your failure to refund ticket amount for cancelled flight.
                              Ref: PNR No.C22G9C (TruJet).

                              With reference to the above, I had book for myself for the TruJet flight from Hyderabad to Nanded scheduled departure at 7.30 a.m. on March 23, 2022, which was cancelled by the airline itself. However, despite my repeated pleas with your customer services, the ticket-amount has not been refunded so far. However, they had been giving false assurances that the matter would be resolved within 24 to 48 hours, which never happened till now. Since I had booked the flight ticket from EaseMyTrip.com, it is the responsibility of the company to refund for the flight cancelled by the airline and not by myself.
                              I expect you to be honest and prompt and resolve the issue by refunding the amount at the earliest.

                                Please see attached confirmation email from IndiGo that it indeed has refunded the original amount(INR 24, 315) that I have been citing since 01-May. Please help refund the remaining amount(INR 6, 798) at the earliest.

                                  Non refund of my money back to my credit card

                                  The booking IDs are EMT70951144 / EMT 70948473 / EMT 55861395. These bookings are cancelled and refunded to wallet, but it was paid by my credit card where it is not getting refunded, I followed the shared process, but it is an utter failure on my machine . The further details are as follows:

                                  Ease My Trip dodging me since Oct 2019, they have been promising payment within 24 hrs for each time I call them. Call Centre Agents are stone walling me and not sharing next Sr mgmt Nor they are not sticking to assurance of Callback.

                                  This is BIG trouble as last 2 years they have been only making false assurance. It appears to BIG Fraud to deceive customers of legitimate refunds. I have submitted letter issued by AIR India clearly stating PAX eligible for Full refund as flight was cancelled by AIRLINE (international Flight )

                                    A flight ticket was booked with Indigo via Easemy Trip. The ticket was cancelled and an amount of Rs. 3800 was returned by the airliner company. Long back.
