[Resolved] EaseMyTrip.com — Paid for hotel booking and didn't get room due to my booking was not informed to hotel by ease my trip

I booked a Hotel Room at The Central Court Hotel at Hyderabad through ease my trip and also got a confirmation mail on 23.03.2022, but when reached hotel for Check In on 24.03.2022, they denied as they did not receive any confirmation from Ease My Trip. When contacted EMT, they replied after 40 minutes of waiting and they didn't turn up, leaving me to find out hotel on my own, which led to waste of my time and money and found hotel on my own after struggling for 2 to 3 hours and had to travell carrying my luggage from one hotel to another until i got a place to stay for a night.

Updated by Prejal Doshi No the complaint is still not resolved, your customer service called up on 20.07.2022 Mr.Zuber and was supposed send me voucher of 50% of the booking amount as your goodwill gesture but still haven't received yet.
