Today our family member had a flight with following details on which they couldn't able to board due to unavailability of NT-PCR test which is mandatory for Mumbai arrival. In this case, if particular place where NT-PCR test is mandatory then site should pop-up with this requirement without which tickets should not have been booked/confirmed. As a customer, we are not aware upon this requirement unless there is any specific requirement at site itself. They have to book another tickets from counter immediately to Ahmedabad where NT-PCR test was not mandatory.
Due to this negligence/unavailability of option at site on such important aspect, tickets got wasted, time and money too.
