EaseMyTrip.com — Refund not received for ticket cancelled

Hello
This is with regards to my booking from Mumbai to Jaipur dated 28/02/2023 vide PNR no. 5AMDYJ (Vistara) for 4 passengers which I had cancelled and the refund is yet to be issued.
I had contacted Vistara Airlines for the refund but they said that the refund will be issued by Easemytrip as the ticket has been booked through them and they also informed me that they have already issued them the credit of the same.
I then contacted customer care of easemytrip and they asked me to cancel the booking on their website and on doing so the refund will be issued.
I did the same and it has been nearly two months I have been following up with easemytrip for the refund via mail and phone but no action has been taken by them.
Every time I get the same message that are still looking into it and have also escaled the whole matter and the refund will be issued very soon but nothing has happened.
I am fed up of the poor and pathetic service provided by them.
