EaseMyTrip.com — Selling tickets with extra offers that don't work

I bought tickets Delhi-Cochin with EaseMyTrip only because they were offering free lounge access as an enticement. It was one way to choose between different points of sale. The vouchers for the lounge never worked. Just caused a lot of stress and wasted a lot of my time trying to sort it out. Suggest not to bother as customer service is very slow and staff can't get basic details right.
